The house is fitted and furnished to a very high standard with marble flooring throughout, high quality [& comfortable] furniture, air-conditioning/heating, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, in fact all the mod cons anyone could desire for a great holiday home from home. Each room has either a balcony or large sun terrace. The lounge opens on to a sun terrace [with essential retractable sun awning] which has lovely patio furniture and wonderful views..There is a secluded communal pool set in beautiful landscaped gardens and a path to the lake. The location of the house is perfect for either a relaxing get-away-from-it-all break or an adventure holiday exploring everything this great area has to offer.

Take a walk around Istan and discover the unspoilt Spain of yesterday; drink a coffee with the locals in the small bars or venture a little further out of the village on the mountain paths and tracks which will lead you to hidden delights [ such as the natural springs] far from the tourist trail. Within a short driving distance of the house many other activities are waiting to be enjoyed - beaches and golf, naturally, but also riding, fishing, water sports, even a Safari Park. There is truly something for everyone in this part of Spain, and our house is perfectly situated for you to have the best of all worlds.
