Apartment built 2007 is situated at the edge of the popular urbanisation of La Reserva e Marbella, close to Puerto Cabopino on the outskirts of Marbella, and just 30 minutes from Malaga airport. Though on the 3rd floor with lifts to access, rear of apartment is at ground level overlooking extensive landscaped gardens, has a large sunny south facing terrace.Easy access to large communal pool, children's pool and jacuzzi.The location is quiet and restful yet only a few minutes drive to the attractive Cabopino port with many restaurants and some of the best best beaches along the Costa coastline.Within a short drive - all types of sports, endless choice of golf courses, Marbella and Puerto Banus for excellent shopping, restaurants and night life. All backed by the mountains for nature walks and many Andalucia white villages to explore. The apartment comprises a king-size double bedroom, twin bedroom, lounge comfortable for 6 (double sofa bed) and a fully equipped kitchen
