'SunCats' Beach House is a Brand-New beach home (June 2012) located in the upscale neighborhood of Lakeside at Blue Mountain Beach. SunCats is a custom built home located behind Redfish Village on scenic highway 30A and just a short 2 block walk to the beach access at Blue Mountain Beach which includes parking for bikes and cars. From the house you can easily walk, bike or drive to the beach (5 bikes are included with your rental). The Blue Mountain Beach access also has restroom facilities for your convenience while at the beach. SunCats is close to Seaside, WaterColor and Grayton Beach.

A walkway connects this subdivision to the shops at Redfish Village including restaurants and coffee shops. Lakeside at Blue Mountain is a very quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy for your family and guests. The pool is just 2 lots over from the house.

SunCats features a master bedroom with a king size bed, 55' TV, private balcony and a private bath with a glass and travertine shower. Two additional bedrooms feature queen size beds with 42' TVs. A bunk room features two twin beds and a 37' TV. A pull out queen sized sofa is available in the living room which features a 55' TV. DirecTV whole house DVR service is included.

The kitchen and living room areas are the main feature and take up the entire first floor. An upscale gourmet kitchen with granite countertops features a dining bar and separate dining table to accommodate large gatherings. A gas grill in located just outside the back door.

SunCats has an open floor plan with luxurious wood floors and comfortable couches and living areas. Dine and relax on one of two outdoor porches. The pool area features an outdoor shower, table, umbrella and chairs.

SunCats is a wonderful vacation home and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. This brand new home has every amenity you can imagine. We have also included 5 bikes at the house for your convenience and enjoyment. There are lots of bike paths in the area to take you anywhere you want to go.

Perfect Family Vacation Home!

Our family absolutely loved this beautiful, clean & spacious home! It was private and quiet, with easy access to the beach. Blue Mountain is a hidden gem... a great family-friendly area with bike paths and short trek to Seaside.

The owner was wonderful to work with, and even provided concierge services and recommendations on where to eat, things to do as well as a welcome gift when we arrived. His special touches created a very warm welcome for our family.

A short walk to a homemade ice cream shop always topped off a great day at the beach or pool. We definitely can't wait to stay at Suncats again...already planning our next trip down!

This was our "home" away from home for a week. The owners have thought of just about everything you would need for a great stay at the beach. ( I do mean everything !!...water toys, chairs, bikes, board games,videos, kitchen stuff) The home is a little away from the beach but you could walk or bike, or drive there easily. So close to visit other areas like Grayton beach, WaterColors, Seaside,etc but not in the craziness. The pool is not heated if that is a consideration for you. The area is relatively quiet but this is a new neighborhood and construction is going on a few homes nearby. Our family would definitely consider staying at SunCats beach house again!!

Wonderful stay at Suncats!!

We had a wonderful beach experience at Suncats Beach House. Suncats has every amenity you could want in a vacation home:
The house is very clean and well laid out.
Plenty of sleeping space for large families/ family reunions.
There is DirecTv in the living room and all bedrooms.
The kitchen is beautiful, and is well stocked with plates, glasses, and utensils for cooking.
There are lots of family-friendly board games and videos for those rainy days.
Bicycles for pretty days when you want to hit the bike trail to Grayton or Seaside.
There is a community pool that is less than a 5 minute walk from the house.
The beach access is just a short walk away.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Suncats. Next time we go back we will definitely stay there!
