Your home away from home!! Spring is almost here and you will enjoy this charming, cozy and quaint, brand new, handicap accessible, country cottage is located just minutes south of the Asheville Regional Airport in the shadow of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. It is centrally located, easliy accessible and the 'Perfect' Get-Away. A short 15 minute drive will take you to any of the Historic cities of Asheville, Hendersonville or Brevard.
The Cottage Inn is situated on a 20 acre farm with access to the river (Spring-Summer) for fishing, tubing or just relaxing as you picnic/cook out along its banks. Relax in rocking chairs on the porches while you enjoy the views of the mountains with your cup of tea or coffee and the delicious, large special recipe Cottage Inn homemade cookieswith a seasonal fruit basket provided just for you. (from local farmers!!) Children can enjoy playing outside in the wide open spaces surrounding the Cottage or in the fenced in back yard. One guest said even the cows across the way were friendly!! WiFi is available so you can even get some work done while relaxing outside. Inside the Cottage, you have everything you will need to make it your home away from home. A fully stocked, brand new kitchen is ready for you, just bring your groceries (Food Lion is around the corner, and a brand new Ingles opens soon). We've thought of everything, we hope. Starter supplies of coffee, tea, sugar, spices, dish soap, etc. are provided for you.
If you choose to eat out, restaraunts are only minutes away, as well as banking locations, grocery stores, library and park..
The Cottage Inn has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and one half bath. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, dresser with mirror, side tables, sitting chair, TV, luggage stand, and 2 bathrobes to use during your stay. Linens are provided. The 2nd bedroom sleeps 3 children or 2 adults in a Twin/Full Bunk Bed combo. A small TV is also located in this room. All linens are provided. The full bath is equipped with handrails and the doorway is wheelchair accessible. All towels and a hair dryer are provided for your comfort. This Cottage contains a laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum, broom and mop. You will need your own laundry supplies. The living room has a Queen Sofa Sleeper, TV, DVD, some movies, games, and books. Dining room seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 3.
