Villa is ten minutes walk to beach and Nerja town centre.

Situated in an upmarket residential area of Nerja, this luxury villa is just 12 minutes walk to the town centre and Burriana beach. The villa is furnished to an exacting specification with many pieces of original art. A wrap around terrace looks over a magnificent new ten metre pool and huge terrace with teak outdoor furniture. Inside, you will find Satellite TV, DVD and broadband internet connection. The property is set in its own private walled garden, secured with electric gates. Upstairs there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a large living/dining area, fully fitted modern kitchen and 2 excellent bathrooms. Downstairs, a further 4 double bedrooms, bathroom and family room can be found with TV and DVD. A second new fully fitted kitchen completes the property, allowing more than one family to enjoy their stay. A private driveway, parking up to 8 cars, leads to a double garage containing a separate washing machine and tumble dryer.

More than one family can enjoy this villa.: This wonderful property has two separate living/dining areas and two fully equipped kitchens which will allow more than one family or group to enjoy their holiday together.

I have just spent a week with my family in this beautiful villa, the photographs don't do it justice. On arrival we found it to be spotlessly clean and very well equipped.
It is so very spacious that 13 people could get lost in it, The pool is large so plenty of room for swimming and fun. What I particularly loved was the outside terrace with enough seating round a table for us all to eat together. The evening bbq and games will always be remembered. The villa is very well located, 10 minutes walk down to the nearest beach (struggled back though as the hill is steep !) and 15 minutes walk in the other direction for the town of Nerja which is very pretty. Both had an abundance of bars and restaurants so we were spoilt for choice.We had excellent customer service by the company that manage the villa, Jeannie Jones arranged our transport and was always on hand for anything we needed. If I had to moan about anything I would say the fridge in the upstairs kitchen didn't keep my beer cold enough but with another fridge downstairs sit didn't cause us any problems ! I will certainly be going back to this villa and would recommend it to anyone. A lovely family holiday.

Nice, Spacious but a Few Niggles!

Had a week here with 12 family members aged from 65 to 9. Nice villa, very spacious and a lovely location, great sized pool and terrace, bbq and lovely lawned area. Short walk to local beach (very steep hill on the way back up though!) and stunning mountain views. All mod cons as required and tastefully decorated.

But...

Needs aircon in the downstairs area - there is none for the 4 downstairs bedrooms and it got very, very hot down there most nights, had to sleep on top of covers and still sweaty! Beds are too small and a bit rickety, pillows flatter than pancakes. Several broken floor tiles in downstairs area need replacing.

The pool is really large but needed a good clean, film of scum around the edges on the tiles above the waterline from previous users - yuck. Also quite a bit of sand/grit in the bottom and on the steps.Not enough sunbeds for all, only 10 available when we stayed.

Saw cockroaches in kitchen twice during our stay - not many but enough to upset a couple of our party members.

Considering the price for a week's stay at this time of year these issues were disappointing, particularly the lack of aircon - a bulky portable aircon unit is provided but it threw out more heat than cool air and was a waste of time.

Just perfect!

Just returned from the most wonderful week in this fantastic villa! Everything is on hand, clean and tidy. It's walking distance to beach, shops and town, so no hire care required! There were 10 of us, age range 3 to 63, and we all agreed it was best holiday ever! Stunning views, beautiful pool and garden! I could go on....but I'll just make sure we come back next year!

First Class!!

Highly recommend this spacious villa! 7 "Real size" bedrooms (not converted cupboards), a spacious lounge, multiple kitchens and bathrooms! All well appointed. Particularly liked the potent air conditioning as in other villas this has been a let down. Outside the pool is quite large and most importantly ...clean!
Great location, short walk from the town centre and beach. The pictures on the website truly reflect the sumptuous reality. We will be back! :-)

This is a very well presented and equipped Holiday Home. It was clean and all furnishings are new/nearly new. It is set on two levels which are individually equipped with Kitchens, Bedrooms and Bathrooms and can therefore be used by separate family groups who want to Holiday together but have the ability to have their own space and time alone.

The House is a 10 minute walk to the Beach and their are many small Cafe's, good Restaurants and a Supermarket nearby.

I would have no hesitation recommending this property to a friend and if they decide to go I hope they ask me to join them.

Amazing villa - cannot wait to return.

A group of 15 adults and teens have recently returned from,in their words, "the best holiday ever". The pool is exceptional, crystal clear and big enough to accommodate us all for water polo! The villa was spotless and having two floors meant all the teens had their own space. Two kitchens - but we only needed to use one as most of our eating was outside on the terrace with the BBQ. Great location for Nerja and the beach - both walking distance and plenty to do for all ages - caves at Nerja, scuba diving and jet skis and a great tapas bar just round the corner called Mo's. The whole villa is beautifully decorated and the caretakers made sure everything was just right. Finally, can't wait to go back.

Nerja is on the seashore, 50 kilometres from Málaga on the N340 coastal highway and marks the eastern tip of Málaga's Costa del Sol. Once a sleepy fishing village, the town now has a population of over 12,000.

Nerja boasts 16 kilometres of beaches with powdery sand and sparkling clear water. All major water sports are available here, including water skiing, scuba diving and sailing.

Flanked by the dramatic Sierra Almijara mountain range to the east, the town has fortunately managed to avoid being blighted by the concrete high-rise scenario which has been the inevitable result of the tourist boom in some of the coastal resorts. The old quarter of the town is still virtually unchanged with narrow winding streets, whitewashed houses with wrought iron terraces overflowing with geraniums. However, the heart of Nerja is spectacular Balcón de Europa, the 'Balcony of Europe', a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff, once the site of the great Moorish castle.

Golf: The nearest golf course is fifteen minutes away. Bavaria Golf has eighteen holes.

Ski: Skiing is available an hours drive away in the 'Sierra Nevada' ski resort near Granada.

The utility area is in the double garage and contains a separate washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two, open plan, living/dining areas. Upstairs has air-conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, ipod docking station, broadband and leads through glass doors onto the magnificent terrace. Downstairs has TV/DVD and huge L-shaped sofas. It is cool and relaxing at the end of the day. Outside, the wrap around terrace has been furnished to allow all fourteen guests to relax and eat together. A magnificent 'new' pool and terraces have just been constructed. The villa is set in it's own grounds behind secure electric gates. The gardens contain many fruit trees and a magnificent palm.
