The villa is furnished to an exacting specification with many pieces of original art. A wrap around terrace looks over a magnificent new ten metre pool and huge terrace with teak outdoor furniture. Inside, you will find Satellite TV, DVD and broadband internet connection. The property is set in its own private walled garden, secured with electric gates. Upstairs there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a large living/dining area, fully fitted modern kitchen and 2 excellent bathrooms. Downstairs, a further 4 double bedrooms, bathroom and family room can be found with TV and DVD. A second new fully fitted kitchen completes the property, allowing more than one family to enjoy their stay. Nerja is on the seashore, 50 kilometres from Málaga on the N340 coastal highway and marks the eastern tip of Málaga's Costa del Sol. Once a sleepy fishing village, the town now has a population of over 12,000. Nerja boasts 16 kilometres of beaches with powdery sand and sparkling clear water. All major water sports are available here, including water skiing, scuba diving and sailing. Flanked by the dramatic Sierra Almijara mountain range to the east, the town has fortunately managed to avoid being blighted by the concrete high-rise scenario which has been the inevitable result of the tourist boom in some of the coastal resorts. The old quarter of the town is still virtually unchanged with narrow winding streets, whitewashed houses with wrought iron terraces overflowing with geraniums. However, the heart of Nerja is spectacular Balcón de Europa, the 'Balcony of Europe', a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff, once the site of the great Moorish castle.

Notes: There are two new modern kitchens with all appliances including dishwasher. More than one family can enjoy the property at the same time. The utility area is in the double garage and contains a separate washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two, open plan, living/dining areas. Upstairs has air-conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, ipod docking station, broadband and leads through glass doors onto the magnificent terrace. Downstairs has TV/DVD and huge L-shaped sofas. It is cool and relaxing at the end of the day. Outside, the wrap around terrace has been furnished to allow all fourteen guests to relax and eat together. A magnificent 'new' pool and terraces have just been constructed. The villa is set in it's own grounds behind secure electric gates. The gardens contain many fruit trees and a magnificent palm.

More than one family can enjoy this villa.: This wonderful property has two separate living/dining areas and two fully equipped kitchens which will allow more than one family or group to enjoy their holiday together.

The feel of a Boutique Hotel. : The owners of this property have tried to give it the feel of a small boutique hotel. It boasts contemporary furniture and many pieces of original artwork. Previous guests have returned many times.

We were in Nerja for a family wedding. The property was as advertised and in excellent condition with all amenities provided customer service was vey good.
The swimming pool was enjoyed by all young and old alike.
The property is very secure and within walking distance of the town centre,resturants and local supermarkets.
From my family and extended family,s expierence of our stay in this villa we would highly recommend it and look forward to our next visit

Our stay at this fab villa was every thing we wanted and more. Every inch of it was spotless and the outside areas were excellently maintained. This house could easily sleep 14 people very comfortably. The photo's of the house dont really do it much justice and dont really convey the space it has! The wrap around balcony is huge and it has a beautiful view of the mountains. We arranged to hire a car from the management company, which was really reasonable.

Magnificent Villa.

This villa is simply the best in Nerja. It has everything you could possibly want and I hope to go back next year. You can walk to the beach or town centre within a few minutes. The pool and terraces are magnificent and I would have paid twice the price!

A super villa, facilities and location. Our family of ten (inclusive of three young grandchildren, 10 months to 5 years) had a wonderful week; we wished we had booked a longer period. The villa comes highly recommended and we shall visit again in the near future. Both the owner and the local property manager provided excellent customer service and advice.

The villa is located in a tidy quite residencial area and both local shops/supermarkets, Burriana beach (good sea front restaurants and beach facilities there) and Nerja town are all within a short walking distance. The modern property is well maintained, the kitchens are well stocked and washing machine, fridges and dishwasher facities are a good standard. The bed linen/bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy and the decore modern in style. The large upper terrace/dining facilities are excellent for eating "el fresco" with the family. The pool area is large, clean and situated alongside a shady garden. There is plenty of off-road secure parking if you decide to have a car. All in all, a super property that comes highly recommended.

Superb villa!

I've just returned from a week at this 7 bed luxury villa. The property was everything it said it was and more. In fact the pictures don't really do it justice on the website.
We arranged transfers from the airport with the management company recommended by the owners - it couldn't have been easier. A comfortable 1 hour trip from the airport to the front door of the villa. It was that simple. The villa was spotless and well maintained. Everything looked new.We enjoyed having so much space both inside and out. The large wrap around terrace was fab! Beakfast and lunch there every day was a very pleasurable experience with a view over the pool at one side and a view of the mountains at the other. The large pool was excellent (a few degrees too cold in MAY!) the shallow end is 1.2m deep which meant keeping a close eye on our 3 and 4 year old! Lots of good quality seating and sun loungers were available and made relaxing in the sun very easy.

Would I recommend this to friends and family? - already have and will be planning a trip back next year.

The town of Nerja if only a short walk 5-10minutes from the villa. There is a good and reasonably prices SPAR grocery shop just at the top of the street. A fantastic larger supermarket was just a 10minute walk away and had a great selection and variety of foodstuffs.

There are many resturants in Nerja - we would recommend one which is and especially good italian resturant called "Pinnochio". Personal recommendation would be the calazone pizza !! Prices are reasonable.

This villa will easily accomodate 14 people in comfort.

Should you go to Nerja? YES

Should you stay in this villa? Definitely YES.
