This large detached villa with stunning sea views is furnished in the Caribbean style and provides spacious accommodation both inside and outside to ensure that you can relax and enjoy you holiday to the full. The villa sleeps up to seven people in four air-conditioned bedrooms with the three double bedrooms all having balconies with sea views. The living area is open-planned with a sitting room, adjoining dining room and well equipped kitchen with separate laundry room. All living areas are cooled with ceiling fans. Outside there is a covered and uncovered front patio area for relaxing and al fresco dining. The fully fenced tropical garden contains a large private pool (30ft by 15ft) with plenty of places to relax in the tropical sun. There is also a small gazebo poolside for extra protection from the sun and a handy additional toilet and bathroom at pool level. The rest of the landscaped gardens contain tropical flowers shrubs and fruit trees. A housekeeper is also provided 6 days/wk

Nearest Ferry: Castries at 8 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 3.0 Kilometres

The villa is situated on the Caribbean coast in the quiet residential area of Marisule. It is a 10 minute drive North to Rodney Bay with its beach, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. All local beaches (Reduit, Windjammer, Vigie) are within a 10 minute drive and Pigeon Island National Historic Park with it's lovely beach is a 15 minute drive. Castries, the capital of St Lucia is a 15 minute drive South from the villa and a further few miles South will take you to Marigot Bay. The property is also managed by a very experienced local company who organise airport transfers, self drive car hire, sightseeing tours, starter food packs and generally make sure your trip is hassle free. The island has two airports, George F Charles airport at Castries (15 minute drive from villa) and Hewanorra International Airport which is Vieux Fort on the Southern tip of the island (90 minute drive from airport)
