The location of the apartment is perfect. We can go to the port only in 10 minutes by foot and the city centre also only in 10 minutes. Man can enjoy the beatiful view of the Barceloneta. The traffic is very convenient, the Metrostation is not far from the house. The apartment ist very clean and quiet and looks exactly as in the pictures. In the apartment there are everything that we need.
Jordi is a very friendly host. We will definitiely go to Barcelona again and still book this apartment.
At last i want to say again: thank you, Jordi! Thank you Barcelona!

Stayed at the Barceloneta 3 apartment this past November. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
The apartment is immaculate and exactly as it looks in the pictures. It is perfect for a couple or maybe even 3 people, as there is a sofa-bed in the living area. The appliances worked perfectly (we even used the washing machine, as we were at the half-way point of our 2-week Spanish tour). The bedroom is a pretty good size and the bed was comfortable for me (my husband thought it was too soft, but that just goes to show you we all like different things). It has a fully stocked kitchenette, and a comfortable dining area.
As much as I liked the apartment, I think I liked the location even better. It is a 2 min. walking distance to the Mercat de la Barceloneta, where you can stock up on groceries, charcuterie, cheese, etc.. (there is a large supermaket 'in' the market, too). There are also plenty of restaurants and shops around the apartment. We only wished we'd had more time to enjoy more of them. The metro (Barceloneta) is about a 10-min walk from the apartment, and Las Ramblas is about a 30-min walk, if you are up to it. We had a car and, on recommendation of Jordi, the owner, we left it in the parking lot right behind the medical center on the Passeig Maritim, which has the best rates for overnight parking.
Jordi and Anna were helpful and corteous, and dealing with them was seamless and straightforward.
I don't think we would consider staying anywhere else when we return to Barcelona!

we couldnt have hired a better place for the week, first things firsts, this apartment had everything you need, from iron boards to knitting kits. the location is fab, 5minutes away from the beach, which is soo great,. this apartment is just a few seconds away from supermarkets and great cafes. ideal home for 4. comfortable and modern, picture describes the apartment accurate enough. all in one !
