This beautiful home is situated in an ideal location for visiting Tampa Bay. The turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Orlando, Tampa, Sarasota, Bollettieri/IMG tennis academy and superb golf courses are all in easy reach. Regal Oaks is easily accessible but has a truly laid back feel, allowing easy relaxation and ensuring you make the most of the fabulous Florida sunshine and everything this wonderful state has to offer. This air conditioned home is fully furnished and carpeted throughout, with 3 large double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and private heated pool, which looks onto a large ornamental lake. The spacious family room is equipped with a large cable TV, DVD, CD/Radio. The integral, fully equipped, kitchen and breakfast nook are complemented by a further dining area which seats 6 in comfort. Sliding doors from the family room and master bedroom lead onto the screened pool area and Lanai. The master bedroom features a private en-suite shower room and walk-in dressing room.
