Wonderful location with a beautiful sunset view of Southmont Cove. The 1400 square foot unit is set up as two bedrooms and a den. There is a wonderful master suite that has a large walk in closet, double sink vanity and a patio door that opens to the lanai. The guest suite has a privacy door, and includes queen bedroom, bath and den with pull out sofa bed.
There is everything that you need including hair dryers in the bathrooms. Bring your suitcase and enjoy.
Island club sits on a 5 acre lake, has a pool, hot tub and Tiki bar, exercise facility, computer room, library, and conference room. Music Monday has live music and is a favorite of all residence. Bring your walking shoes and walk or jog around the 1 mile track around the pond or head to the exercise center.
The dining room at the club house is remarkable. Golf course view and fabulous food.
The 18 hole championship golf course is pay to play. Also 12 lighted tennis courts, six heated swimming pools, driving range, putting green, chipping green, sand trap practice area, biking trails.
The Lexington community has condos, carriage homes, villas, and large estate homes, wide open spaces, beautiful landscaping, and many lakes and pools.

We love south Florida. Skip and I (Carol) are from Michigan and love to go south whenever we can. Fishing with our Grandson, going to the beach.. nothing better.

We love Lexington! As you drive through the gate you know that you are in tropical vacation destination. Beautifully maintained grounds, winding roads, activities galore!
My favorite time of day is morning where we enjoy coffee and breakfast on the lanai. Then we take off to go fishing or off to our favorite beach spot under the pier on Fort Myers Beach.
