Romantic Villa Don Juan lies in a calm and residential housing development called Urbanizatinion Mas Nou in the mountains of Platja d'Aro, in an enclosed 1500 m² plot with parking at only 10 min. by car from St Feliu and Palamos beaches - 3 terraces one of which is covered - 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each with bath tub and separate shower compartment - dining room - large kitchen - central heating - separate lounge and double leather sofa's - nice large swimming pool 10 x 5 m with pool house and seperate shower - fabulous views of mountains and sea incl. Platja d'Aro and port of Palamos. The villa has satellite TV with ASTRA and HOTBIRD channels and large TV-set. We do have 4 different outside seating area's and we also have 1 BBQs at your disposal. No pets allowed please. The part of the villa which is rented is approx. 200 m² and owners guarantee fully private use of swimming pool and surrounding garden for their lessees. Exciting villa very close to the golf course of Mas Nou.

Platja d'Aro is approx. 1OO km from Perpignan, the French border La Jonquera. Urb. Mas Nou is located in the Spanish/Catalan Gabarres mountains, 300 m above sea level with panoramic views over the Costa Brava and the Pirenea mountains;has an 18-hole golf course which is rated as one of the best in Spain. There are several golf clubs in the neighbourhood, ie Santa Cristina d'Aro and Pals. Is close to the sea with its beautiful beaches and yachtclubs, discotheques, bars, restaurants and high fashon/quality shopping malls.Platja d'Aro is surrounded by nature, with wonderful views over the sea and mountains, has a climate characterized by mild temperatures and sunny days all year round; is the ideal place to stay. The area has many possibilities to enjoy free time for all tastes and all ages.This area of Catalonia has a lot of history and culture Fiqueras with the Dali museum medieval villages with unique architecture, fishing towns, endless countryside and miles of golden sandy beaches.

All rooms have access to the terraces, garden and swimming pool. The surface of the terrace has 75 m² near the pool , is equipped with 11 sunbed/deck chairs and disposes about a large patio/pergola with 9 comfortable/drawing seats in order to enjoy the views. Bedrooms have large wardrobes in high quality materials in a representative Mediterranean Catalan style and offer unbelievable views with wonderful sunsets. Two bedrooms have direct access to the breakfast terrace. The pool is protected by manual logged door to avoid young children to run into the water. The villa is well equipped for 8 persons with ample garden furniture and BBQ, windows allow to take advantage of the views and outside electric lighting in the garden permits long summer night dinners.The pool house has two water basins with cold and warm water and independent shower

Notes: Each bathroom is approx. 20m² and have direct light and air. Dispose about bathtub, separate shower with door in glass, double water basin, toilet, bidet and a lot of ground space allowing to stay there together with the children.Is in high quality material, very modern and practical in a representative Mediterranean Catalan style. The pool house of 4Om² has a big cupboard, two water basins and independent shower with warm and cold water. The swimming pool 5-10 has an automatic cleaner and water purification, the garden automatic irrigation system. If desired by the renters there is an automatic door access and a general security system. You are 2 km from the town centre where you can do enormous things, sea and beaches etc. contrasting to the calmness and tranquillity of the mountains at Mas Nou.There is no air con foreseen in the house because the house has been built on an altitude of 2OOm above the sea level and natural temperature is always acceptable everywhere in the house.

Golf: Golf Club Mas Nou was built in 198O. Ramon espinosa designed the architecture of this course. It is surrounded by pine trees, cork oaks and more than a thousand olive trees; two artificial lakes complete the unique course charm. Running along hill top ridges, ravines border many of the fairways. This is a varied and fairly difficult round of 18 championship holes which run through gently rolling hills of pine and features water hazards and bunkers. The course has an impressive layout and offers players a very exciting round full of technical challenges. Some of the climbs can be very wearing so you might consider using a buggy here. This is a good test of your patience and ability to use every club in the bag. There is also a par 3 9-hole pitch and putt nearby. Each hole is approx. 120 yards.

Ski: In winter, ski slopes and snow sports can be practised in the Pyrenees, just 12O km away.

Other Activities: Possibility for short cruises on the Mediterranean sea.
