Luxury holiday apartment close to marina sleeping up to 8 guests near sea

This is one of our highest quality apartments available for holiday rentals in Estepona. The property has three bedrooms (it can sleep 8) and is split over two levels; two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and one further bedroom with a lounge and kitchen and two bathrooms downstairs. The rooms are extremely large compared with many new properties on the rental market. The terraces are also a very generous size and provide plenty of outdoor space in which to relax. The terrace also comes equipped with a quality barbeque, sun loungers, dining table and chairs. The upstairs master bedroom boasts a large terrace with extra seating too. The apartment is presented throughout with top quality modern furniture. It is fully air conditioned and the lounge provides Sky television (you can bring your Sky TV card with you to watch extra English TV programmes). If you are looking for high quality accommodation for your stay in Estepona then this apartment would suit you perfectly.

You can also charter our sailing boat for the day: If you fancy a trip into the Med, we can arrange an excursion from Estepona port. Our boat can be hired for a day for up to eight people and will take you out into the straights of Gibraltar where it is often possible to see dolphins. If you prefer, you can take cruise along the coast line and swim from the boat. Food and drinks (bar) can be made available to your requirements. Do ask about this service when booking as it does become busy during high season and public holidays. (NB this boat is fully insured to operate this type of service and always carries the minimum crew required)

Tourist Attractions: Estepona is also well located to travel to many places … Gibraltar, “The Rock”, offering British styles, a Mediterranean climate and duty free prices! Seville, one of the largest towns in Andalusia with an envious history, and on the flip side, Puerto Banus, with its new pleasure boat harbour, stunning shopping and people watching. Marbella with its golden mile, or the white hill village of Casares. For the Atlantic coast consider historic Tarifa, only a couple of hours away, or even a day trip to Morocco – get to see a bit of Africa!!! You can see, there is so much for you just a short trip away! Notwithstanding the above, if you want to stay nearer Estepona, and are keen on golf, there are many courses only a few minutes away. Estepona also has a renowned Equestrian centre, should horses be your thing!! Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.

The apartment is located just behind the Supersol supermarket on the opposite side of the road from the entrance to Estepona Port. The apartment is in the middle of the urbanisation making it one of the quietest properties available in the area. The urbanisation is gated and very secure. There is plenty of space around the gardens and two swimming pools for you to use. The apartment front door is located up a flight of stairs or there is a lift to all levels. Estepona Port which has ample nightlife is about 5 minutes away, the nearest supermarket is about 4 minutes and the town centre can be walked in about 20 minutes. All in all an ideal quality base for your holiday in Estepona.

Notes: In addition to the living accommodation there are approximately 80m2 of terraces from which to enjoy the excellent views and sunshine making this holiday rental apartment ideal for families. Smoking is permitted only on the terraces and in the gardens. There is partial wheelchair accessibility but some walking would be essential. Cots and High chairs can be provided for an additional 50 euros for up to two weeks hire. ADSL can be provided for an additional 70 euros per week. Quoted prices are for normal occupancy of six people, however, an an additional fee of 100 Euros extra per person is charged for more than six people staying.
