The apartment is located just behind the Supersol supermarket on the opposite side of the road from the entrance to Estepona Port. The apartment is in the middle of the urbanisation making it one of the quietest properties available in the area. The urbanisation is gated and very secure and has communal parking in front of the complex. There is plenty of space around the gardens and two swimming pools for you to use. The apartment front door is located up a flight of stairs or there is a lift to all levels. The port of Estepona is about 300m away, the nearest supermarket is about 200m. The town centre can be reached within about a 20 minute walk along the beach promenade. All in all an ideal quality base for your holiday in Estepona.

This is one of our best holiday apartments, which are available for holiday rentals in Estepona. The property has 3 bedrooms (it can sleep 8) and is split over two levels. The upstairs master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and boasts a private terrace with extra seating and sea views. There is another bedroom on the same floor with 2 double bedsd (sleeps 4pax) and a seperate bathroom with bathtub. The third bedroom is located downstairs and has an en-suite shower room. All rooms are extremely large compared with many other properties on the rental market. Downstairs is an additional guest toilet, the modern kitchen and the living room. The living room is very large and has terrace doors leading onto the spacious terrace. The terraces has a very generous size and provides plenty of outdoor space to relax with several sun loungers, a dining table and chairs and a quality barbeque. The apartment is presented throughout with top quality modern furniture. It is fully air conditioned and has english Sky television (you can bring your Sky TV card with you to watch additional English TV programs). The port of Estepona is situated opposite the complex and supermarkets, bars and restaurants are within a few minutes walk. Altogether if you are looking for high quality accommodation for your holiday in Estepona then this apartment is the perfect choice.

Notes

  • A cot and high chair can be rented for 50 Euros for up to two weeks hire. A late arrival charge of 30 Euros is charged for arrivals as of 9pm or 50 Euros for arrivals as of midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We have a safe at our office in the port of Estepona if you prefer to pick up the keys from here at no charge. All payments however will need to be made in advance. ALL our properties with AC have a limit on the electricity bill which is included per week. If this limit is exceeded, the amount will be deducted from your security deposit. Wifi Routers are available for Hire (upon previous reservation), 2GB for 60€, 1G for 45€. Recharges are 40€ for 2GB and 25€ for 1GB. For properties, which have ADSL installed there might be a charge of 30€ per week. Where English TV is advertised, we are unable to guarantee this for all of the year 2014 , however, we will do our best to find an alternative solution when the satellites are withdrawn.

In addition to the living accommodation there are approximately 80m2 of terraces from which to enjoy the excellent views and sunshine making this holiday rental apartment ideal for families. Smoking is permitted only on the terraces and in the gardens. There is partial wheelchair accessibility but some walking would be essential. Cots and High chairs can be provided for an additional 50 euros for up to two weeks hire. ADSL can be provided for an additional 70 euros per week. Quoted prices are for normal occupancy of six people, however, an an additional fee of 100 Euros extra per person is charged for more than six people staying.
