The apartment is located just behind the Supersol supermarket on the opposite side of the road from the entrance to Estepona Port. The apartment is in the middle of the urbanisation making it one of the quietest properties available in the area. The urbanisation is gated and very secure. There is plenty of space around the gardens and two swimming pools for you to use. The apartment front door is located up a flight of stairs or there is a lift to all levels. Estepona Port which has ample nightlife is about 5 minutes away, the nearest supermarket is about 4 minutes and the town centre can be walked in about 20 minutes.
