My home is a modern, split floor plan, comfortable Santa Fe style in a great location. New kitchen includes granite and all stainless appliances as well as new washer/dryer and attached garage. The outdoor area is very comfortable with covered patio, large deck, water fall/feature hot tub and walk in gas fire pit with seating for 6-8 - all with a nice view of thunder and Wilson mtns.
Comfortable furniture and living area inside and 3 and bedroom, the master with attached bath, large closet and king bed.
Overall you will find is a very comfortable, convenient and beautiful place to spend some time in Sedona.

I'm a well traveled former (current) IT professional who has many interests and hobbies. I'm happy to tell you about Sedona as I have been here many years starting back as early as1984
Mark purchased this house in 1998
Sedona is one of the more beautiful places you can visit easily on the planet. I have been to many places, but when the opportunity arose to be part of Sedona, I didn't hesitate to become an owner.
My place is extremely centrally located and yet quiet. Many hikes within 5 minute drive or walking distance. There is also close proximity to shopping and nightlife, that does not interfere in any way with the quiet and serenity of my place. There is also the backyard wich includes a 30' covered patio, several sets of comfortable outdoor furniture and the adjoining 42' deck. The 8' water fall/feature pond allows for the soft melodic sound of moving water. There is also the BBQ, hot tub and walk in gas fire pit with seating for 6-8.
Plenty of room, garage parking, well equipped kichen, well equipped back yard with fire pit, seating, hot tub and shading. The computer barely functions; there is 1 TV which has limited digital storage capacity, is in the living room and has limited cable service. Good value and will stay there again.
My husband and I have been to Sedona many times for day and weekend trips. We wanted more time to really explore the Sedona area. We also were hoping for a quiet home to use as our base. Mark's home is located in a great spot. A very peaceful neighborhood in West Sedona, with no traffic noise, but friendly neighbors and within walking distance to several restaurants and a very short drive to Uptown Sedona, the Village of Oak Creek and hiking trails.
Mark created a very comfortable atmosphere with his personal touches that make it a very welcoming home. His attention to detail was what impressed us the most. If you enjoy reading, you will appreciate his library of books. Mark is a very gracious host. If you have questions or comments, he responds and reacts quickly. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean, and he had all kitchen and barbecue items available, plus a washer/dryer and much more. We would stay there again and highly recommend Mark’s home. We left feeling we found a friend
Thank you for letting us share your delightful home. We sincerely hope to return.
This house was quiet, clean and a lovely respite after a long day in my aromatherapy class. The owner was quick to respond to phone calls and texts.
The location of the house was very good for access to cycling and hiking trails, as well as shopping/art galleries in Uptown. A vehicle is needed. Cottonwood and Oak Creek were near-by for other shopping and site seeing. The Farmer's/Art Market was within walking distance. The house was spacious with comfortable outdoor patio furniture.
Sedona rising was perfect, wish we could have stayed longer! With mountain views all around, we spent most of our time on the private outdoor deck area, grilling out and eating each meal outside, stargazing at night, we were there there during a full super Moon, and thoroughly enjoying the hot tub and not to mention the waterfall which was a harmonic backdrop to the whole experience. And one night it got a little chillly... but alas, the outdoor heater. Inside had all the comforts of home and also a little kareokee once the fun moved inside. Walking distance to the Airport Loop trail on the airport vortex is a perfect morning hike without having to pile in the car but then just a short drive to the downtown area for shopping etc. but far enough out for quiet and privacy. Thanks Mark!
