House, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 8-9)

This cozy and comfortable cottage is as cute as a button! Relax and enjoy the large back yard and the great neighborhood. The comfortable living room includes a leather sofa with dual recliners, ideal for watching the recorded episodes of Game of Thrones on the digital flat screen tv. All of the bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed, one with a queen-sized bed, and the bunk room with three twin-sized beds, have digital tvs, too. There are plenty of dvds and a whole closet full of board games available for your enjoyment, including pictionary (our family favorite!). There is a Graco PackNPlay in the closet for your little one. You don't need to pack your own. Set up the volleyball net in the fenced backyard and have a picnic using the charcoal grill. The school playground is just a few blocks away, and the beach is less than a mile away, a short 2 minute drive. Casinos are as close as 10 miles. New Orleans and Mobile are a day trip away, too. Come enjoy the Cozy Cottage (bring your pet!). We love this house, and we know you will, too.

About The Owner

This was our very first home! We have just converted it into a vacation rental (2012) and are looking forward to others making wonderful memories there as well.

The Owner purchased this house in 1988

This is a wonderful place to come and enjoy the beautiful Mississippi coast.

What makes this house unique

The beach is close by, as is shopping and the harbor. It's a great neighborhood for strolling or jogging.

We had a wonderful time! We thought the cottage was great. It was supplied well and we found everything we needed while cooking and the games and movies were great for the kids. We are planning our next trip down.

Thank you! This was so much more comfortable than a motel.

I really liked that it was in a quiet neighborhood, dead-end street, and close to the beach. We wondered if the trains would bother us being so near, but they didn't at all.

Nice layout. Convenient location for beach and shopping.

This was an excellent place to stay. My family and I enjoyed that there was a lot of room, a big kitchen, and a great back yard. Had a cook out, bonfire in the fire pit, and even an Easter egg hunt. The house was close to the beach and midway from attractions.We had three teenagers with us and this was a great place for them as well. Joni was so nice and very accommodating. We arrived early and she let us check in early. She was so pleasant and easy to contact. We had a great time. I will recommend the cozy cottage to any of my friends going to the coast.

We stayed for 6 weeks and it was the perfect home away from home.... Can't wait to get back there next year... Great location close to food shopping and casinos and just a nice relaxing place to be while on the road working..... Thank you so much!
