Luxury villa located within a much sought after area on the outskirts of Orba. Situated inland on the Costa Blanca this villa in Orba with it’s own private pool is about 20 min from the beaches in a quiet residential area surrounded by almond, lemon, orange and olive trees. The sun rises over the mountain behind the villa, hangs above the private pool all day before setting behind the mountain view thus giving the name Orba Sunset. The accommodation includes, lounge/dining room, fitted and well equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two ensuite, further family shower room. Outside there are plenty of terraces with seats and sun loungers, parking and 10m x 5m pool.

Charming Orba is a bustling and thriving individual village somewhat unique in as much as it has virtually every amenity and facility required by the visitor. The village is no more than an easy fifteen minute walk from the villa. It has many shops, banks, hairdressers, a medical centre, tapas bars and several restaurants where it is still regarded as normal to eat a three-course meal with wine for under €12.00. As with all Spanish villages the cultural heart lies in the Town Square, that is dominated by a beautiful church. Orba has its own individual brand of characters that simply entices the atmosphere and some of which you will surely get to know during your stay The other villages of the Jalon Valley, Parcent, Lliber and Alcalali can all be easily reached within 10 mins drive. They all have interesting characteristics and plenty of restaurants, shops, cafes and bars. Children are welcome in all of the restaurants and bars.

  • Prices shown are for rental of the property per week in Euros, on booking, a deposit is required equivalent to 30 per cent of the total cost. The outstanding amount is due usually eight weeks before the start of your holiday.
    A security fee of 300 Euros is also payable on booking of your holiday, which will be refunded to you at the end of the holiday rental period. This is to cover any damage to the property or its contents/fixtures and fittings. We will always discuss any deductions with you before returning the security deposit.

Further Information: Other places of interest in the area are A 5* paragliding school in Parcent village and paragliding from the mountain (Coll de Rates), only a 10 minute drive from the finca. There is also the Donkey sanctuary in the mountains toward Bernia where one can offer support for the project by indulging in an incredible lunchtime feast with amazing views where all profits go towards the well being of the donkeys. There is also the famous mountain spring and walks on the Serra Bernia, only a 10 minute drive away. Around 50 minutes drive away are the famous theme parks of Benidorm, including Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, and Aqualandia Water Park & Wild Life Park. Historic Guadalest and the famous water pools and waterfalls are just 30 mins drive away. The area around the property is particularly good for walkers/hikers, cycling, bird watching and sight seeing.

Coast Details: The Costa Blanca is renowned for its white sandy blue flag beaches and several can be reached from the villa within 15 - 45 minutes drive. Calpe 15 mins. Denia 20 mins. Moraira 20 mins. Javea 30 mins. Altea 35 mins. Benidorm 45 mins.

Golf: There are several Golf Courses in the area most within 15 to 50 minutes drive. Benissa 9 hole course 15 mins drive. Denia 18 hole course 25 mins drive. Altea 18 hole course 30 mins drive. Oliva Nova 18 hole course 50 mins drive.
