A stunning and spacious hillside villa located in a semi-rural, non-estate position adjoining lemon and orange groves and with fabulous views across the valley to Parcent village and church, a 10 minute walk away. An easy drive takes you to the stylish coastal towns and beaches of Denia, Moraira, Javea and Calpe. The luxurious property offers substantial accommodation as well as high quality fittings and fitments, and is extremely well presented throughout with many nice touches. The main accommodation includes three double bedrooms (one with ensuite), and one twin bedroom. There are a further two family bathrooms. The main reception room benefits from a wood-burning fireplace and air-conditioning, and has doors leading straight out to the enclosed naya and the villas private pool area with plenty of terracing and sun loungers. French doors open from the dining room to the attractive gardens with pergola and dining area.

This wonderful villa is situated in the heart of the beautiful Jalon Valley that is quietly situated 20 minutes inland from Spain's Costa Blanca and offers some of the best scenery and climates that Spain has to offer. The Jalon valley is a spectacular and unspoilt place with a magnificent backdrop of mountains which surround the plains of olive trees, orange groves, vineyards, raisins and almonds. The area is full of natural beauty, traditional values and has a very hospitable nature. Just a few kilometres from the villa scattered throughout the valley are unspoilt villages including Alcalali, Lliber and Orba with a choice of hundreds of bars and restaurants that offer both Spanish and International cuisine. The area offers a wealth of attractions whilst the popular coastal resorts of Denia, Javea, Moraira and Calpe are just a 20 minute drive away whilst the bustling resort of Benidorm is some 45 minutes away.

Further Information: Other places of interest in the area are A 5* paragliding school in Parcent village and paragliding from the mountain (Coll de rates), only a 10 minute drive from the villa. Drive up the Coll de Rates, ascent to mountain top and find spectacular panoramic views over the Vall de Pop and neighbouring valleys, stop off for lunch on route at the Pedramala restaurant to sample excellent cuisine and gaze at the incredible views where on a clear day you can see the islands of Ibiza and Formentera. There is also the donkey sanctuary in the mountains toward Bernia where one can offer support for the project by indulging in an incredible lunchtime feast with amazing views where all profits go towards the well being of the donkeys and of course the famous mountain spring and walks on the Serra Bernia, only 10 minutes drive away. Within 50 minutes drive are the famous theme parks of Benidorm, including Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, and Aqualandia Water Park & Wild Life Park.

Coast Details: The Costa Blanca is renowned for its white sandy blue flag beaches and several can be reached from the villa within 15 - 45 minutes drive. Calpe 15 mins. Denia 20 mins. Moraira 20 mins. Javea 30 mins. Altea 35 mins. Benidorm 45 mins.

Golf: There are several Golf Courses in the area most within 15 to 50 minutes drive. Benissa 9 hole course 15 mins drive. Denia 18 hole course 25 mins drive. Altea 18 hole course 30 mins drive. Oliva Nova 18 hole course 50 mins drive.
