This luxury beach house at Paraiso Da Taiba is right on the beach at Taiba This two-bed home looks out on the Atlantic Ocean in the former fishing village, which is now a magnet for Brazil's rich and famous. It includes living room and dining area; two large bedrooms; kitchen; bathroom and walk-in shower room; external stairs to a private balcony, with low-level walls for added privacy; a pool, solarium, beautiful landscaped gardens and parking. Its elevated position and sloping roof provides shelter from the sun and wind, but at the same time giving the great view of the ocean. The complex contains a communal swimming pool and it is surrounded by a high wall for added security. The area has attracted many new cafes and restaurants and the infrastructure is excellent with its paved streets and open squares. Taiba is only 50-minutes from Fortaleza city and the its international airport receives flights from UK, Europe and the United States.

Taiba is a popular spot for exploring sand dunes in a beach buggy. Taiba has its own carnival (which takes place in February) which lasts for five full days. There are parades every evening. The atmosphere is great, the crowds are out and it's party-time day and night. Festa Do Escargot takes place at the end of August every year.Taiba is transformed into a hot-spot of food, art and music.Crowds of up to 40,000 come to the village for this festival. A 1.5 hours drive from Taiba is Beach Park, one of the world's largest water parks. If you drive 1-2 hours into the interior, you come to the mountains. Here you can go for great walks in lush, tropical rain forests.

Just returned from 10 nights staying in this 2 bed apartment. Right on the beach-front, the location could not be bettered. The private hot tub is just fantastic and adds a real sens of luxury to an already superb apartment. Am not sure how old they are, but appears to be very new, with bathrooms etc all pristine. Will definitely be going back asap.

Highly recommended!
