Luxury home with all new furniture and designer furnishings this year .This home is new to the rental market and has just completed a major overhaul and total redecoration. It has beautiful tiled floors throughout majority of the home. There are LCD TVs, DVD players and a PlayStation for your gaming requirements and enjoyment. The water views are breathtaking and the sunsets are what people talk about for many years. All furniture is new and also new linens and towels etc. The home has 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a great living room kitchen.We have included a large Air hockey table for fun evenings after the beach. The large white 7 mile beach is a close 5 min cycle or 10 min walk. Anna maria island is a great place to work or relax , we want you to enjoy our home please ask if you think you need anything else to enjoy your stay or have any questions. Fishing , golfing , shopping is all close by. A free trolley operates around the island so you don't even need a car

Anna Maria Island is a barrier island located between Sarasota and st Pete, we are about 2 hours south of Orlando and one hour from Tampa airport and Busch gardens .Holmes beach is in the middle of the island with Anna maria to the north and Bradenton beach to the south. Shopping is a must in this area even for the people who don't like shops !. About one hour north is International mall in Tampa with many high end shops or 30 mins north is the biggest outlet mall in the area.. Ellenton, many bargains can be bought here. South is Sarasota with a mix of shops, bars , clubs and a large waterfront area. St Armand's circle is world famous for its many shops and is only 20mins south of the island. Anna Maria island is famous for its laid back 'paradise without an attitude ' and once here you will see why people just keep coming back or do what we did ,arrive on holiday only to fall in love with the area and then move from the UK for good. We have never looked back!!!
