Pollensa House is located a few minutes walk from the picturesque and lively town square of historic Pollensa. This beautiful 3 storey town house has recently been restored by the owners to the highest of standards. The property now provides a massive open plan living and dining space, 7 en-suite bedrooms which can be arranged as twins or doubles on request, TV/Games room, snug winter sitting room with open fireplace, 60 ft studio room, large roof terrace overlooking the rooftops and nearby hills and a beautiful private walled garden with a pool. The interior is eclectic in style and furnished to provide relaxing and comfortable living with the benefits of WiFi and an air-conditioning/ heating system. There is also a very large garage for cars,bicycles or beach items. With over 600 sq meters of living space Pollensa House can easily accommodate more than one family, a club or large group all under one roof.

Pollensa is one of the prettiest and best preserved old towns in Mallorca; 6 km from Puerto Pollensa with its sandy beaches, watersports, sailing facilities and the Royal Yacht Club. Its location in the NE of the island gives easy access to the beautiful bay of Formentor and the clear waters of Cala San Vicente. In August the famous music festival takes place in the San Domingo Cloisters in Pollensa. Golf courses are close by both in Pollensa and Alcanada. The Tramuntana mountains and Campanet Valley run the whole length of this NE coast providing excellent walking, biking and birdwatching throughout the year. Worthwhile places to visit include the Luc Valley with its famous Monastery and its scenic drive to the hilltop town of Deja. With the new motorway Palma is now only 35 minutes drive away and this beautiful town with its wonderful Cathedral and narrow streets is well worth a visit.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates include bed linen, bathroom towels, beach towels, and a ten hour final clean, should the final clean take any longer than ten hours the the client will be charged at E20 per hour and this money deducted from the security deposit. If a rental is for 2 weeks or more a full clean and change of linen and towels will be included at the end of every week.
    Security deposit of E400 is required to cover any damages, this will be returned to you within 2 weeks following final clean and inventory.
    25% deposit is required when booking with the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. This deposit is non-refundable should you cancel. Full payment is required if you cancel less than 12 weeks prior to rental start date.
    Payments can be made by bank transfer to our Spanish bank account or by bankers draft.
  • We can help you arrange the following as additional services, airport transfer, catering, babysitting services, daily maid visiting beautician/masseuse and welcome hamper.
  • Outside of High Season we would consider 4/5 day rentals and 3 day weekend breaks.

Whilst children are welcome, this is a traditional stone-floored Mallorquin house with a roof terrace, unprotected swimming pool, and steep first floor staircase; and young children will need supervision.
