6th Arrondissement St Germain des Pres Vacation Rental

Staying in this lovely apartment was the highlight of our New Years Eve trip to Paris. Everything was perfect - the apartment is modern and very comfortable (we all had the best sleep on the fabulous beds), and in such a great location - so many lovely cafes and shops close by. I visited the apartment with family from Australia (there were five of us in total) and I think this apartment and where we stayed was a major influence on their "Paris experience" - we all had a great time. It was so easy dealing with Kim and all my queries were answered very quickly - I needed to find accommodation at the last moment given a very disappointing experience with another accommodation agency, so this efficiency was very much appreciated! Kim was also happy to recommend restaurants and I found the whole experience very refreshing. In summary, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone, as I think it makes for the "perfect Paris" experience!

We stayed at the flat in Rue Saint Sulpice in May 09 and were not disappointed with the high standard of accommodation provided by the owner. Everything was clean and modern and had obviously been refurbished in recent times .It is situated in a very safe select area within easy reach of two metro stations (Line 4 direct to Gare du Nord) and everyone we met coming in and out of the entrance to the flat were friendly and “normal”.

The owner has provided a book of recommended shops / restaurants in the area, just a few minutes away to stock up on the essential croissants / baguettes for breakfast and a little further for the main supermarket. We tried three of the restaurants in the book and were not disappointed with any of them. It was my youngest daughter’s 18th Birthday treat in Paris and I wanted to have a special night out to celebrate, Kim the owner kindly suggested Le George on top of the Pompidou centre and booked for us an excellent table with the views of Paris lighting up all around as night fell.

I always look at previous customers comments when booking accommodation via the web and I am happy to recommend this flat as a base for your sight seeing in Paris. Kim was quick to respond to e-mails and was always helpful in answering any queries. The damage deposit was returned promptly without chasing, but mainly we had a very enjoyable time here knowing we could come home to a relaxing, quiet safe home.

This is a lovely apartment looking onto a courtyard so quiet that you're unaware of the busy street outside. Furniture is comfortable and modern and the beds in particular are exceptionally comfortable. Although there are two bathrooms (one en-suite) there is just a single toilet in a separate room. The property was very clean; the owner replied quickly to e-mails and refunded the damage deposit immediately after our departure.

It's very well located for shops, restaurants and cafés and an easy walk from the Luxembourg Garden and St Sulpice church.
