This house is beautifully located for the sun which you can relish in from morning until the sunset, here you can dine on the terrace while enjoying the 365 days a year sun! The pools are only a stone's throw so you can take a morning or evening dip or simply bathe the day away. The terrace house belongs to a quiet and friendly private complex with pools, gardens and a private tennis court. Situated extremely near are restaurants, shops, bus stops and beaches which are only 5 mins away. The house is renovated, fully furnished, with two bedrooms, a bathroom upstairs, toilet and sink downstairs, new fitted kitchen, dining area and 2 terraces with amazing views. The house is air conditioned and is children friendly. We welcome all our guests with a bottle of wine and a traditional Canarian 'aperitivo'(aperitif)... SO GO ON AND TAKE THE PLUNGE AND TREAT YOURSELF TO A WEEK OR TWO IN PARADISE!

The house is a 5 mins drive away from an amusement park, with gym and disco. There are bus stops situated nearby that take you to the main city and the rural areas and a taxi rank is located nearby. There are restaurants, bars and supermarkets within walking distance. The beach of Maspalomas is only a 5 minutes drive away and the beaches of Playa Del Ingles are only 10 mins away, There are shopping centres located nearby in Maspalomas, Meloneras and a little further in Playa Del Ingles. Here you can eat in the wide range of restaurants, buy your weekly shopping or treat yourself to a duty free buy. Meloneras which is only 5 mins away (you can see the hotels from the terrace) is an up and coming area which boasts the most upmarket hotels, restaurants and bars which are situated facing the sea. CLOSE TO MAIN GOLF COURSES IN THE SOUTH OF GRAN CANARIA.
