Luxury Florida villa. Five bedrooms, two double with en-suite bathrooms, one with jacuzzi, both with king sized beds and private door to pool area. One Double and one twin bedded with shared bathroom and one twin bedded with bathroom attached. 60 foot Lounge with large dining area, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and breakfast table and chairs. Laundry room with large washing machine and seperate tumble dryer. Sliding patio doors to private pool and spa. Full length child safety net across pool area as per new Florida legislation. 6 foot privacy fence around sides of rear garden with brick wall at rear. cannot be overlooked by neighbours. Quiet residential area just one mile from shops and restaurants and three miles from entrance to Disney. Easy access to the I. 4, the main highway to Universal Studios, Sea World and Orlando, Busch Gardens, Tampa and Miami. The property is about 24 miles from Orlando International Airport. Fully maintained with management company nearby.

Indian Creek is a quiet residential area but only one mile from the local supermarket liquor mart, electronics outlet, hairdressers and postal services. Restaurants include Red Lobster, TGI Fridays, All you can eat Chinese, Outback Steak House and many more. The main entrance to Disneyworld is three miles away which includes The Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Blizzard Beach and Downtown Disney. Access to the I. 4 is five miles away. From this interstate it is only a short distance to Universal Studios, Sea World, Orlando to the north. Busch Gardens, Tampa and Fort Lauderdale to the South and Kenedy Space Centre and Daytona Beech to the West. The main 192 highway one mile away leads to kissimmee Old town where there are more restaurants, a fun fair, factory outlets for designer clothes at reduced prices and many fun bars and pubs. Six miles away in the opposite direction are a Walmart, Lowes garden centre and factory outlet stores for amazing clothes and shoes bargains.

Our stay in your home was great. The house was spacious and quite accommodating to the various ages. We had four generations represented and all of them enjoyed themselves. The property was clean and well maintained. The disney attractions were within 20 minutes, making it convenient to return to the parks later on in the evening. Within a mile and a half there was a plaza with a restaurant,supermarket and other fast food conveniences. I would recommend this home or this type of vacationing in a minute to any size family. Jeannie
P.S. My grandchildren thought the kiddie pool (Jacuzzi) was great.

This was a great place for me and my family to stay during our visit to Florida. It was our first experience to reserve a home instead of a hotel. The neighborhood is conveniently located to Disney, several restaurants and places to shop. This is a nice home with everything needed to have a wonderful time. Thanks Peter.
