Villa, 4 Bedrooms 3 Baths

A beautiful fully furnished 4 bed/3 bath villa in the much desired 24/7 gated community of Southern Dunes. Home features sliding doors leading to the west facing pool from the kitchen as well as the downstairs guest room which features its own TV and queen size bed. The main floor boasts a a new leather sofa and loveseat a 51” flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure with over 285 channels available by the Brighthouse Networks, free WiFi and long distance to the US and Canada and a games room with a pool table and dart board.

Upstairs you will find the master suite with a king size bed, its own TV, walk-in closet, garden tub, separate shower and double sink vanity. Two other bedrooms with twin beds can also be found on this floor along with a full bath.

This gated community offers a Championship Golf Course with a restaurant and complete bar.

Whether you wish to golf all day, shop or visit one of the many theme parks, our villa can provide the ideal spot to relax and recover. We are centrally located 20 minutes from Disney parks, 190 to 240 outlet stores within 25minutes, 40 minutes to Orlando International Airport, 50 minutes to Tampa, 60 minutes to Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach and 75 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico.

At the entrance to Southern Dunes is a bank, 24 hour Wal-Mart Supercentre, Winn Dixie and many fast food restaurants, all within walking distance.

The house was very clean and well equipped . The guys really loved the big Flat screen for the basketball games. We've been going down to Southern Dunes for 10 years and this is the best place we've stayed in.

Lovely house, very clean & comfortable. Kids loved the pool, was hard to keep them out.

Had a brilliant time at Disney parks, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Florida Mall (shopping) & Downtown Disney.

Had a brilliant holiday can't wait to come back at Christmas.
