Newly refurbished condo is located right in the heart of Folly Beach. Offering an ocean view, you are less than a block away from the beach, fishing pier, restaurants, bars and shopping. Off street parking space allows you to leave the car and walk to everything Folly has to offer.

There is nothing else in this price range that puts you in the center of the action. The fully stocked kitchen, centeral heating and air, wifi and flat screen TVs will make you feel right at home. Take advantage of the kitchen by cooking up some fresh local seafood. CLEAN- new paint and furnishings.

We were born and raised in Charleston and married on the sands of Folly Beach. This is our favorite place in the world!

We have always dreamed of owning property on Folly and this condo is in the center of it all.

What makes this condo unique

There is no need to drive anywhere. Everything you need is just outside your doorstep!

Extremely clean and cozy. Everything in Folly Beach is within walking distance. Only issue would be noise from local bars. It was a festival weekend so that made it louder. Shut bedroom door and noise disappears.

I would return

We rented this place for a few days, and loved that it was cute,clean, and withing walking distance of everything we like to do! (eat,drink,beach) Without a doubt, will be staying in this rental again! Property owners were very easy with assisting us with any questions we had, great people!

Perfect Getaway

We went down for a long weekend in early March. Folly Beach was the PERFECT spot for a mini vacation. We LOVED this condo. It was perfect for 2 of us-clean and quaint. The owners were so helpful in anything we needed. The location was great and within walking distance of all the best restaurants. The pier is gorgeous and literally across the street. We went into Charleston and it was so easy to get to. We definitely plan on returning to Folly and hopefully to 16 Center Street! Thanks for everything!

Folly Beach relaxation

My stay was excellent; a friend and myself spent a couple days in the condo, which was beautifully clean, fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking in and being comfortable. We were only a minute away from the beach and could see it from the balcony. I couldn't have asked for more! There was even coffee ready to be brewed for the morning :) It was a great stay and I'd recommend it to anyone.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
