Photos and Description of the Phuket vacation villa rental This brand new villa sits in the headland between Kata Beach and Kata Noi beach.

Ten people can be accommodated with ease within this magnificent villa and no expense has been spared from the designer furniture and 50' Plasma cabled TV and Sonos music system to the 100sq m infinity pool. The villa has a 12m (gabled ceiling) sitting and dining room which has doors that slide back on both sides, giving a feeling of being outside whilst sitting inside. You can enjoy looking through the glass panels on the top terrace at the waterfall and the view over to Pu Island and the Andaman Sea, whilst sipping cocktails and listening to the waves crashing below. The Salsa on the pool terrace has a huge swinging day bed so you can lie and also look out at the wonderful sea view. There are two double recliners on the pool terrace allowing you to relax and get a tan. Kata beach and Kata Noi beach are just a short walk down the hill, there are many restaurants and cafes along the beach to enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner.

The villa sits on the headland between Kata Noi and Kata beaches and overlooks the Andaman Sea. Many activities are available within walking distance including elephant rides, scuba diving, swimming, surfing or spa treatments. The village of Kata is a 2 minute walk away and there are many restaurants and cafes along the beach to enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner. There are many shops to buy souvenirs or take a trip to Patong to satisfy all your shopping needs. Phuket (approx 17km) has great infrastructure with good roads, shopping malls, cinemas and a host of activities to keep you busy if you so desire. Phuket is Thailands largest island, approximately the size of Singapore. Phuket nestles in balmy Andaman Sea waters on Thailand’s Indian Ocean coastline 862 kilometers south of Bangkok and is blessed with magnificent coves and bays, powdery, palm-fringed white beaches, sparkling island-dotted seas, sincerely hospitable people, superb accommodations and seafood.
