The sea views from this apartment are spectacular, with the living room, kitchen and two bedrooms all opening onto the terrace with this view. It has been newly renovated to a very high standard and the whole apartment is light and airy. The two main bedrooms both share an en-suite bathroom and there is another bathroom close to the 3rd bedroom which has two single beds. The kitchen has all modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge/freezer. This apartment is large and sociable with plenty of seating both within the apartment and outside on the terrace - perfect for alfresco dining and sundowners!. The apartment is on the 4th floor with the benefit of a lift. The beach starts after the marina and runs for 15km all the way to Alcudia! There are also a large range of bars and restaurants and all the benefits of a resort within a few minutes walk.

C'an Picafort is approximately 15km from Alcudia and 20km from the historical town of Arta. It is easily accessible to all parts of the north including Pollensa, Alcudia and Arta by means of a local bus. Palma is 45 mins drive. C'an Picafort has a beautiful sandy beach with a small fishing port and there are numerous restaurants and bars all along the sea front. It is a lively resort catering for a wide range of budgets and tastes. If you want to find a quiet secluded beach then Son Serra de Marina is only 10 minutes away by car. Arta, a beautiful historical town is a short drive away and provides a real taste of medieval Mallorca A car is not required as there is lots to do on foot, however, you will need a car if you want to be more adventurous and explore some of the small coves and outlying areas.

Notes: I would say this apartment is wheelchair accessible as it is all on one level and is very spacious, there is a lift which goes up to this apartment which is on the 4th floor, however, there are a few steps at the main entrance going into the apartment block.

Check-in and check-out times: Normal arrival and departure times are 2pm and 10am respectively, however, I will be as flexible as possible depending when each clients are arriving and departing and allowing sufficient time for the apartment to be cleaned.
