Do you dream of sitting on a quiet relaxing beach in the warm sun with an ice cold drink in your hand? Make that dream a reality and visit beautiful Jaco Beach. Our condo has it all and is within 60 yards of the beach. Since it is located in the centre of town there are numerous amazing restaurants and exciting night life right outside your door. This new modern condo is 1650 square feet, with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, family room, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 4 flat screen televisions and of course A/C! The master suite has a king size bed, large his and hers closet with safe inside and a large bathroom with a double showerhead. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds located in it. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and beautiful balconies so you can enjoy the warm ocean breeze! This condo is located on the second floor of a four storey building, has 24 hour security and is fully gated. As well, maid service is provided to ensure that you have a relaxing vacation. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lush tropical gardens and is equipped with 2 swimming pools, one for 18+years that has a party area with barbeque and the other for all ages. All amenities are within walking distance, including shopping, supermarkets, fantastic restaurants and exciting night life! Jaco Beach is located 1 hour away from Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose and 4 hours away from Liberia International Airport. The main office on the grounds has staff available to help book any activities that you would like to do while visiting Costa Rica. The best part about Jaco is that it is close to all tourist attractions! Whether you want to go and see the monkeys at Manuel Antonio, go snorkeling or scuba diving to Tortuga Island, Deep Sea Fishing Adventures, Golfing, visit the Arenal Volcanoe, see crocodiles up close or go zip lining it’s all near by.

About The Owner

I live in the foothills of southern Alberta Canada just outside of Calgary on a farm. I've lived here my entire life and I am the fourth generation to be here. We have horses, cows, donkeys and 5 dogs. I love to travel in the winter time, as it can get quite cold here, and I do try to spend as much time as I can soaking up the sun in Costa Rica.

Why The Owner chose Jaco

After traveling to numerous places in the Caribbean and Central America nothing compares to the feeling I have when i'm in Costa Rica. After visiting a friend that was staying in Jaco Beach, I realized that this is where I wanted to be. I went home and for 2 years dreamt of going back and purchasing my own piece of paradise. In 2010 I made that dream a reality and bought a condo at the Monaco in Jaco, my home away from home. In any country i've ever visited i've never met such friendly people, had such amazing weather or eaten the best food i've ever tasted. I couldn't imagine my life without this place.

What makes this condo unique

I love being able to surf everyday just steps from my place or if I need a change of scenery another beach is only 10 minutes down the road. I love the nightlife and restaurants just outside my door as well as grocery stores and fresh fish markets. I love that I can rent a car and feel safe driving around this beautiful country and that there is so much to see and do constantly.

Excellent Location - Excellent Condo

Our family was traveling from Monteverde to Dominical and wanted to break up our drive and spend one night in Jaco. We loved this place! We wished we had more time in this condo and more time to enjoy Jaco. Great location. Close to grocery store and beach. The condo was gated and so very safe place for your vehicle. Awesome pool and staff. Everything was exactly as promised. We will definitely come and stay again. Thanks Jesse's and Vanessa for letting us enjoy your place!

Great Condo, Easy and Comfortable Stay

We stayed in Jessie's condo for 6 months and our extended stay went off without a hitch. The condo was well maintained and the maids, doormen and condo staff were welcoming and always helpful with anything that we needed. Having stayed at a dozen or so vacation rentals over the last 5 years, this was one of the best and easiest stays I've had.

Unbelievable vacation! Already planning next years trip!

I had only ever been on all inclusive vacations and had never thought about renting a condo in a tropical destination until my friend suggested it. We decided on Costa Rica as it seemed to be a new hot spot and we'd heard such amazing things about it. We went on VRBO and stumbled upon this condo. The pictures don't do it justice! It far exceeded our expectations and was an amazing price. There was so many things to do and Karla in the office was unbelievable at helping us plan our excursions. Thank you so much Jesse for sharing your beautiful home with us. We've already started planning next years trip!
