PRINCE SANTA ANA (street Principe 16, MADRID) has 4 people capacity on a 4th floor with elevator. The attic/studio shows that a creative and practical design, together with style and good taste make of this 40 m2 studio a comfortable place with personality, ideal to enjoy of the perfect stay. Original objects and coloured details, in contrast to the white colour that prevails, create an elegant, but also pleasant and jovial atmosphere in the main room. 3 large VELUX windows looking the sky, make it also very luminous with no need of artificial light during the day. No complications at all in this apartment that´s got everything thought to obtain a really relaxed and pleasant stay: the modern and fully equipped kitchen, the marble bathroom ,2 very comfortable beds, and a doble sofa/bed very easy to fold . The kitchen, modern and functional is completely equipped, with washing machine-dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer etc. Small household-electric like microway, toaster.

Excellent location; Comfortable apartment

My husband and I have rented apartments in various countries with mixed experiences. We found this apartment to be everything it claimed to be and more. The location is ideal. It is a short walk to the Paseo del Prado where all the museums are located and also to the Plaza Mayor, Puerto del Sol, and the historical part of town. There are many restaurants, tapas bars and jazz clubs in the neighborhood. It is close to the metro and stores.

The apartment itself is very comfortable, well-equipped, tastefully furnished with lots of light . We were in the middle of our trip to Spain so were very happy to find a washer/dryer so we could have clean clothes.

Both the owner, Carmen, and Sol who met us at the apartment were very helpful. Sol even lent us a mobile phone for our stay.

I would highly recommend this apartment and hope that we will be able to return there on our next visit to Madrid.

Having stayed 5 nights at Urban Santa Ana, we can truly vouchsafe that this apartment is very well located, and very comfortable. Sol was an absolutely excellent service provider. She was highly responsive to our needs (our plane into Madrid was late but upon contacting her with the news, we were told it was no hassle at all, and indeed meeting us later than originally planned was no problem for her (!)) and all her recommendations were accurate and informed. We found the advice about the airport shuttle to Bahajas very useful and the service was very reliable, so it is well worth enquiring about. The only problem we found with the apartment, and it was our fault, is that we did not maintain regular 'madrileno' hours, which meant sleep was at times elusive. Some might also find the stairs challenging if you have 'old' knees like us. However, all round it was a lovely place and one whose service and kind welcome cannot be faulted.

Il s'agissait pour nous d'un premier contact avec Madrid, et nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour dans cette ville si riche en contrastes. L'appartement dans lequel nous logions a beaucoup contribué au succès de cette première visite. Son appartement, décoré avec originalité et raffinement compte parmi ces endroits qui nous rendent la vie belle. Il est en outre très bien équipé et la literie est d'une qualité exceptionnelle. Dernier atout et non des moindres : il est idéalement situé, non loin du centre historique et des principaux musées que l'on peut rejoindre à pied. Nous le recommandons absolument ! "
