About Matt Pentecost
I am a real estate broker and manage this property for my family. As a native southern-Calfornian, I love coming to the beach and know that you will too!
Matt Pentecost purchased this apartment in 1973
Why Matt Pentecost chose Balboa Peninsula
This property has belonged to my family for years and it has been my home-away-from-home as I was growing up. We still use the property when it is vacant since it is such a beautiful location with such great proximity to everything and provides all the amenities we could ask for.
What makes this apartment unique
The short walk to the beach has been wonderful as my family has created long-lasting memories of playing in the sand, surfing, and watching the sun set...only to return to a delicious bbq dinner on the patio.
