The Villa has 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Large lounge with TV plus a family room - Two bedrooms have King sizebeds & the third has 2 single beds also available is a fold away bed and a travel cot with a high chair. There are large closets in each bedroom. A modern kitchen with a self-clean oven - microwave - refrigerator - dishwasher - water softener & storage cupboards. There are complete sets of crockery & all cooking utensils are provided. For your convenience we also have an iron - ironing board - vacuum cleaner- hair dryer -all linens - towels - tea towels etc.The Villa is fully air conditioned or heated as required, by a heat pump system.There are high-grade wall - to - wall carpets throughout except for the kitchen which is tiled. A colour TV - DVD - Video recorder and radio are provided and in the laundry room a washing machine and dryer with a clothesline. There is also an outside clothesline. Outside is the swimming pool with a patio and a barbecue provide for outside cooking

The pool has under - water lighting for evening swimming and the pool is serviced once a week. The meshed screened area around the pool provides roomy and comfortable surroundings to sit and relax. A patio table and 6 chairs with 4 reclining lounged are supplied, with a barbecue for outside cooking which is used outside the screened area. This villa provided us with an excellent base for our holiday. It is extremely spacious and has a very comfortable and homely feel. The pool is wonderful and the decking at the edge of the lake gave us a place simply to relax or fish from. It is only a relaxed 2 hour drive from Orlando and we made the trip on several occasions. 40 mins drive away is the gorgeous Honeymoon Island in Dunedin, which we would highly recommend. It is a State Park, so very clean, quiet and beautiful. The organisation of the villa rental was excellent, especially the directions to the villa from the airport. We would thoroughly recommend this villa and hope to return ourselves.

Excellent, well maintained and equipped villa, an easy 40 minute drive from Tampa airport.

Ideally situated for shops, restaurants, golf, beaches.

Lovely pool and sundeck area, overlooking the lake. Ideal for those lazy days.

Only 45 minutes drive to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island.

Good customer service from owner and caretaker on site.

I thoroughly recommend this villa for anyone wishing to explore the Gulf Coast of Florida.

We loved our home away from home. Thank you so much! Our stay was so enjoyable, relaxing and cozy! We are definetly staying again next year. The description of this home is perfect, plus more. The rooms were so big and we could even hide out and have peace time when needed. Our big family stay had 6 adults and 2 children and we even had room to grow. This home is so clean, maintained and the service we received was excellent, "we loved it". Great sun rises and sets beside the pool and lake. The kids loved feeding the ducks. We had everything we needed right there at the house. I have passed the word to other family members that we have found a great vacation place. Cant wait untill next year. Thanks again! Tonya

Once again we really enjojed our stay at this wonderful villa. It is situated on a residential estate well away from the bulk of the tourists and the facilities in the villa are excellent. The heated swimming pool, Barbeque area and deck at the bottom of the garden on the lake were super. Nearby there are loads of shops, restaurants and a large Mall. It is very handy for some lovely beaches (sunset at Hudson about 6 miles away is superb), Tarpon Springs, Weeckie Watchie and the Manatees at Crystal River.

All in all a wonderful home and location to which we will return

Situated in beautiful lakeside location in quiet residential area. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need and more. Enclosed solar heated pool, ideal for adults and children alike. Like to feed ducks, fish in lake or just relax? This villa is ideal. Golfing within easy reach too Shopping within easy reach ( food and general). Also within easy reach of local beaches, Gulf Coast attractions and Disney is about 11/2 hours away. Access from Tampa or Orlando airports is straightforward. Looking forward to visit No. 7.
