This villa offers both exceptionally spacious lounge/diner and bedrooms. The newly fitted kitchen with range cooker etc offers the ideal self catering holiday. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Fully double glazed and centrally heated for early and late season if required. There is a full bathroom and a walk-in shower room. The private pool area is furnished with sun loungers, tables and chairs and a BBQ. The pool has underwater lighting for those hot evenings. Stairs lead up to a huge rooftop terrace with views of the Mediterranean. Large comfortable lounge has Freeview satellite TV, DVD, CD, radio. Bedroom 3 has TV and a large selection of children's videos.

Calan Porter is only a 15 min drive from Mahon airport. The sandy beach is in a beautiful bay with shops, bars & restaurants. The resort has many bars & restaurants & 3 well stocked supermarkets for all your self-catering needs. Calan Porter is also home to 'Cova den Xoroi' , a huge natural cave open for visitors during the day and by night a unique disco. The villa is in a peaceful location in a private road with no through traffic and a 10 min stroll from the bars, shops, restaurants & entertainment.
