This apartment benefits from an exceptional situation in a quiet street in the sought after area of Guéliz, making it an ideal starting point to visit the city. The famous square, Djemaa El Fna, is only a 15-minutes from the apartment, and you can find nearby amenities such as banks, restaurants, cinema or tourist office. It is situated in a new, luxurious residence with a lift, an entry phone and a guard. It is fully furnished and equipped: linen, bathroom linen, crockery and kitchenware. The equipment also includes a satellite TV with more than 300 channels as well as a reversible air conditioning in all rooms. THE NUMEROUS SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE (HOUSEKEEPER, COOK) are exceptional value for money. After long days of walking in the markets and medinas of Marrakech, you can relax in the swimming pool, situated only 50 meters from the residence, with a separate pool for children (paying).
