Pretty much perfect! Class, comfort, convenience.
This condo suited us to a T. We care about aesthetics, and the classy, tasteful decor throughout this condo was the perfect indoor complement to the nicely landscaped outdoors and gorgeous mountain views. There's abundant, safe, scenic walking and jogging around the Rams Hill development; we also spent many hours soaking up serenity and senery on the private patio--coffee in the a.m., iced tea during the afternoons, wine to toast the gorgeous sunsets. Inside the condo, there's plenty of natural light with windows on three sides. It's a charming and efficient layout. The photos can't do it justice.
The condo is uncluttered yet has everything we needed or wanted, from a coffee grinder to hiking sticks! Our visiting young niece devoured the Nancy Drew mystery from the owners' mini-library. Linens and dishes are high quality and newer. Everything is tidy and organized. The beds are super; we slept so well here. The spacious master bedroom and ocotillo art glass window had our guests oohing and ahhing. The big screen for watching DVDs was a treat. The firepit table on the patio was an elegant twist on the campfire concept, and the gas grill was a snap to use. The internet wi-fi worked perfectly. We found ourselves glad to take a vacation from television. It was truly a retreat!
We spent 2 weeks here over Thanksgiving. Incredibly, we were able to make a full turkey dinner in the convenient kitchen. We were able to accommodate 5(!) more family guests that night, thanks to foldout sofa sleepers. Our guests visited the pool up the street and raved about its gorgeous setting.
Judy and John were super to work with: responsive, hospitable, straightforward, trustworthy. They clearly love this place and want their guests to love it too. We'd love to come back here soon. You really can't go wrong renting this condo.
