Photos and Description of the Anna Maria vacation house rental WATERFRONT POOLHOME WITH DOCK CLOSE TO BEACH , SHOPS AND EVERTHING FOR FUN

Waterfront, pool, home luxury villa, with its own boat dock, close to the beaches and old Florida shopping. The property was totally rebuilt in 2005 and has been finished to a very high standard. The flooring is all on one level so it is very suitable for most people. Handicapped accessible. The home has been fitted out with LCD TVs, a Sony PlayStation and many DVD players. We have now installed internet access and have full cable TV. We have available two kayaks and bicycles if required. All the linens and finishes in the home are luxury designer so you can enjoy the complete home. 7 miles of white sandy beaches is only one of the islands special things, you will love Holmes beach - we came here on vacation in 2001 and shortly after were living here! There are so many activities available here from golf to fishing, kayaking, cycling, walking, motor boating, sailing, shopping... The restaurants are plentiful and the wildlife is as you would see in a sanctuary.

Anna Maria Island has 7 miles of white sandy beaches, great fishing, plenty of old Florida charm and shopping. 20 minutes south can take you to the famous St Armands Circle shopping plaza or a bit further to the city of Sarasota for plenty of high end shopping, clubbing and everything you would expect in a major city. We are only an hour from south from Tampa and Busch Gardens, less than 2 hours from Orlando with all the theme parks available there. Only come here if you really want to either relax, fish, sunbath, shop or enjoy the beach. Holmes Beach and Annamaria island is a very special piece of paradise ..........you will not be sorry. We also offer all sorts of packages for you to enjoy... ask Debbie. Anna Maria Island is a charming old Florida island, it has to be one of the most laid back cities in Florida so arrive kick back and relax we have equipped this home with everything we could think of for your perfect vacation.

There are many interesting shops locally on the Island selling all sorts of treasures!
