A luxurious, 4 bedroom apartment located on The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai with access to the beach and beachclubs. The perfect location for all-year-round holidays, whether sight seeing or just relaxing and taking in the surroundings. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and equipped with modern features and services designed to make your stay on The Palm extraordinary. The kitchen has an American-style fridge/freezer, a Range cooker, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine/tumble dryer. The living area has a large flat screen TV and access to the balcony. The Master bedroom has a luxury ensuite bathroom and dressing room and access to the balcony. The three further bedrooms have a large double bed, bunk beds and large twin beds, respectively. All bed linen, bathroom and pools towels are supplied.

The Palm Jumeirah is located off the infamous Jumeirah Beach area. Enjoying it's own private beach and pool facilities, relaxation is mere steps away. Access to a huge selection of 4, 5 and 6 star hotels and restaurants is an easy and short taxi ride away. The Ibn Battuta Mall and Mall of the Emirates, shopping mall and Ski Dubai under one roof, is also very close by allowing you to shop or ski to your hearts content. The nearby Dubai Marina is a hub of activity, with numerous indoor and outdoor restaurants for you to enjoy, as is the Marina Walk. When you are tired of eating, relaxing, shopping or skiing, you can try out one of the many championship golf courses, within a 15 minute ride.

Marvellous Again

This was our second visit to the apartment and it was again an exceptional trip to an amazing city complimented by this luxurious base. Spacious comfortable and immaculately clean with all facilities it is ideal for the beach area and taxi's are plentiful and cheap for the trip's out. We experienced the Palm monorail down to Atlantis and also used the new metro for a visit to the creek and at night down to the Towers Rotana hotel for the themed Italian night. Can highly recommend this. Also went to the Burj and the Dubai Mall where there is an indoor aquarium to delight anyone. We also saw the evening water fountain displays at the Dubai Mall , a truly wonderful sight.
We were a party of 5 adults and our 3 1/2 year old grandson and all of us agreed that you need to see Dubai to believe it and it is changing all the time. We had an action packed time , knowing that at the end of the day we had the benefit of retreating to the comfort of this wonderful apartment. We sense a hat-trick is on the horizon.

Another fab holiday at The Palm!

A lovely, spacious, modern apartment with everything you need. Very clean, well maintained and a food starter pack provided. Fantastic location with beach, club houses, swimming pools, childrens play areas, gym literally across the road. Sight seeing is easy and best undertaken by taxi (which are very cheap!). Restaurants are a short taxi ride away catering for all tastes. Lots to see and do or just sit back and enjoy the beautiful weather. Thoroughly recommended and we hope to visit again soon.

"A truly exceptional apartment in a superb location. All our expectations > were either matched or surpassed and this luxurious base complimented > every other aspect of our visit to the amazing city of Dubai. All > facilities are close to hand or only a short taxi ride away and ongoing > developments will ensure that these will further increase in time. The > private beach club and pool are excellent and we had the good fortune to > arrive shortly after Atlantis had opened at the end of the Palm so had a > memorable visit there to the Lost Chambers. The location is relaxing and > it is easy to summons a taxi to visit the Marina, the many Malls and any > of the numerous restaurants. This was our 30th wedding anniversary treat > with our 2 grown up children and our 2 year old grandson and we can > honestly say it was a 'pearl' of an experience.
