Excellent vacation spot

Our stay at this home was wonderful! My two girls, husband and I stayed for a week. We were pleasantly surprised with wine, milk, ice cream amongst other goodies in our welcome package on our first day.
The weather was perfect! The home has everything you need and is very comfortable. I was upset I didn't pack sunscreen for the girls and voila- there was sunscreen samples left in the bathroom for us! We were provided with towels, sheets, soap, shampoo, conditioner.....basically everything you need and more. The kitchen is well equipped as well. The owners have really put a lot of thought into this home!
We enjoyed grilled meals on the beach or deck every night. We spent the days kayaking, building sand castles, catching crab, etc. In the evenings, we watched movies (from the excellent DVD collection) in the entertainment room on the third floor. We left one day to explore historic mystic, but we were eager to head back to kayak, etc.
My favorite room in the whole house is the master bedroom- at nights all you see are the calming waves and it truly feels like you're drifting in the water.
We've rented before in black point, but nothing beats this house and location! We will definitely be coming back next summer. This is hands down the best vacation we have ever taken! Thank you VRBO and owners of this amazing home!
