Les Jardins d'Antibes is a new, quality development with pool set within well-designed landscaped gardens featuring palm, olive, lemon and orange trees. A private gated walkway leads direct to the coast road and sea, approximately 500 meters away. Antibes Old Town is a 20-minute stroll away and the stop for the bus to either Cannes or Nice is less than a five minute walk from the apartment. This sunny self-catering & romantic apartment is large and bright with whitewashed walls and high-gloss floor tiles throughout. It has been tastefully furnished and boasts all the facilities you would expect in high-spec living, including a large American-style kitchen, 37' LCD screen with UK TV, Blu-Ray CD/DVD, internet access and iPod/iPhone dock/charger. All windows are double-glazed and have electric shutters. Sliding doors open on to a two-sided balcony which is bathed in glorious sunshine all day, perfect for al fresco dining! Antibes is wonderful to explore with its beautiful ancient squares, mediaeval streets, old Provençal houses, ancient pine trees and wonderful bustling food market where sellers are eager for you to sample their wares!! The delightful village of La Fontonne is only a few minutes' walk from Les Jardins d'Antibes. Nearly everything you could need is here: mini-market, boulangeries, pâtisseries, charcuterie, restaurants, cafés, pharmacy, doctor, a newsagent, post office, bank, ATM machine, bars, hairdresser and beauty salon. A small weekly market is held in La Fontonne every Wednesday. Everything you need is in and around Les Jardins d'Antibes, but with easy access to Cannes, Nice, St. Tropez, the wonderful Cap 3000 shopping centre at St. Laurent du Var, and with leisure activities nearby, Antibes is the perfect place for a holiday and to explore to Cote d'Azur.

  • All rates are quoted in Euros and include welcome pack, beach towels, end of stay clean and laundering of towels and linen following departure. A 250 Euro Security Deposit applies on each booking and must be paid together with the final payment 8 weeks before arrival. This Security Deposit will be refunded by cheque or bank transfer following departure.

Each has a dressing table with mirror, fitted wardrobes with plenty of drawer and hanging space and several plug sockets (there are never enough on holiday!). Good quality linen, bath and beach towels are included and duvets are also available for the cooler months.

Our holiday in Antibes

A lovely apartment, fitted to a very high standard with all of the comforts you could wish for. The development iteself is lovely with lots of trees and landscaped gardens. The pool is nice but perhaps alittle small for the size of the development.
The nearest beach is a five minute walk away, the best beach for us was in Antibes. it is flat, sandy and very shelterted, ideal for young kids.
Antibes is a short stroll, or if you have young kids a five minute drive away. The town is full of lovely restaurants catering for every need, there are great markets and some lovely shops. Dont forget to visit the billionaires wharf in the port the yachts are amazing.
We had a wonderful two weeks and would go back again.

We booked this apartment because it looked so good on the website but when we arrived we were very pleasantly surprised at how much more spacious it was. The photos do not do it justice! It is beautifully furnished and had just about everything we needed for a perfect stay. Everything as described re location and facilities. Owners charming, friendly and quick to respond to our emails/phone calls. Would definitely recommend and hope to return later in the year. Thank you so much!
