Villa Tulipan is situated on the outskirts of El Medano, this villa is in a quiet residential area and is also suitable for families with young children. The large patio doors from the lounge open onto the terrace and swimming pool area were there are sunbeds to bathe the days away, and a barbecue to enjoy a bit of outdoor cooking. The villa is only a few metres from the nearest beach and is only a 15 minute stroll down the sea front to the town or 5 minutes by car, taxis /public transport are available.

El Medano is a friendly village which boasts many bars and restaurants, many on the sea front or around the village square. The Town is very friendly, with a welcoming 'Relaxed' Atmosphere. The natural beaches of El Medano boast 'Blue Flag' reputation and are particularly suitable for Families and Sun-Worshippers alike! You can climb Red Mountain or you can simply stroll the Promenade and enjoy the Stunning Views! There are numerous Bars and Restaurants, Supermarkets, Chemists, Speciality Shops, Boutiques and a local Market every Saturday in the Main Square that is worth a visit! The beach in El Medano is renowned for being the longest in Tenerife. The water is very shallow and ideal for small children. El Medano is typically canarian and quite unlike some of the resorts you would normally associate with Tenerife. For the sporty people Windsurfing, Kite surfing is the norm here and for you golfers the Golf Del Sur course is only 15 Min's away.

    This villa has a minimum booking charge of 1 week
    A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the booking.
    The balance to be paid in full on arrival.
    Any bookings made 4 weeks prior to arrival must be paid in full.
    We do have PAYPAL facilities just ask when booking.

    We only accept bookings for a minimum of 2 weeks over the Christmas and New Year period.
  • The owners may ask for a 100 pounds holding fee for damages etc refundable on departure.

We do have a baby sitting service at an additional charge. PLEASE NOTE!! that the owners of the villa live in the lower basement apartment and are on hand if the need arises. This will not have any detrimental effect what so ever on the privacy of your stay.

a bit late but here goes got back on the 8th nov.a perfect place to relax this property is the best one we have stayed in so far.we would not hesitate to book again.the children could not get enough of the heated pool.many thanks to the owners who live near by to keeping this property to a very high standard.
