House, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Our desire is to provide all the comforts of home for small families, couples, and/or friends visiting Sandpoint. 425 Lake Street Rental is located in a peaceful neighborhood, and is located within walking distance to downtown. It is two blocks from the free public transit system—SPOT pickup site.

Newly remodeled two bedroom, two bath home. Quality queen pillow top firm and twin firm beds, and quality cotton linens provided. There is a mixture of old and new furniture & local artwork throughout the house.

Room and Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1—1 Queen Bed connected to a full bathroom (shower), and bedroom 2—1 Queen Bed and 1 set of Bunk Beds next to a full bathroom (tub/shower).

NOTE: The house is set up to sleep six people—up to four adults, or two adults and their children, etc. It is not set up for six adults. Most adults would not want to sleep in the upper bunk bed.

Although the house appears to be fairly child safe for any age, the house is small. We do believe the house is more suitable for children ten and older. Please contact us if your child is younger than ten years old.

NO PETS ALLOWED . . . NON SMOKING ENVIRONMENT!

425 Lake Street Rental is within walking distance to the Bike Path, Cold Water Creek, Evans Brother's Coffee Roasters, Farmers Market, Festival at Sandpoint, Fourth of July Parade and Fireworks, Lost in the 50's, Panida Therater, Parks and Public Assess Sites on Lake Pend Oreille, Petal Talk, Pend Oreille Arts Council POAC Gallery, Pend Oreille Winery, Restaurants, Sandpoint City Beach, Sandpoint Event Center, Shopping, Spa at Pine, and Starbucks.

Extremely Comfortable and Convenient Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay. The house is very clean and comfortable, and has lots of seating in the living room and space in the kitchen. We were close enough to easily walk and explore town. (Loved 2nd Ave.Pizza, Pine St. Bakery, and Little Olive Greek restarant!) We were also close
enough to drive up to Schweitzer for downhill and cross-country skiing. And the house has a great
space for storing skiis or other equipment.

Super clean and updated home within walking distance to downtown Sandpoint. You can park your car in the driveway and unload all of your gear in the gigantic, heated and well-lighted 'mudroom', which has an entrance into the kitchen. The kitchen has every accoutrement you would want ... even a blender so, bring stuff for your fruit smoothies. Also, a nice advantage to this house is the second bathroom off of the master bedroom. Broadband internet works very nicely and the owner's keep the driveway and sidewalks snow-free. All pics are accurate and I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family.

Outstanding accommodation and location!

We visited Sandpoint to celebrate my mother-in-law, Helen Bezon,100th birthday. This adorable 2BD home located only a couple of blocks from the center of town was a great experience. The entire home was recently remodeled with love and attention only an owner can provide. I definitely recommend as the best VRBO listing for Sandpoint for two couples or a small family with comfortable lodging for six. Home comes with all the amenities of home. We liked it so well we already booked two weeks for next summer!

luxury in quaint house

The house at 425 Lake Street is beautifully decorated and appointed with new appliances and high-end finishes. The owners have taken a very personal interest in making this rental feel like a home away from home. Appliances are new and everything is VERY CLEAN. They furnish the bathrooms with plenty of soft towels, Meyers hand soaps, and Seventh Generation cleaning products. Very eco-minded. Beds were very comfortable, sofas and furniture seem like something in my own home...not like a typical rental. The owners are very friendly, and encouraged us to eat the wonderful tomatoes they were growing in the expansive backyard. They were always a phone call away, and very accommodating. We loved staying there. Thanks again Robbin and Tim.
