The farmhouse is on top of a hill, 15 km south-east of Florence, in the midst of a farm called Le Coste, there is a beautiful apartment immersed in greenery. That apartment is in a breathtaking panoramic position and provided with every comfort. The apartment belongs to a building of three apartment but it is totally independent and has a garden and a marvellous view. The entire farm (4 hectares) is at the complete disposal of the guests. The swimming pool of 5,00 x 10,00 meters and the natural spring in the shade of the woods are all conducive to a relaxing holiday. AMENITIES: -The apartment has individual heating -Air conditioning -Fireplace -TV sat -Laundry -Private garden -Private parking area -Pets are welcome. Wir haben Anfang Juli 09 zu viert eine Woche in der kleineren der drei im Ferienhaus vereinigten Fewo Urlaub gemacht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll und praktisch. Der Garten ist wundervoll und gepflegt. Wir hatten drei Terassen, die wir zum Blick auf die Hügellandschaft zur Auswahl hatten. Und das Beste - vor allem für die Kinder - war der hauseigene Pool, der zum Abkühlen und Toben einlud. Bis Florenz war es nicht weit - egal ob per Zug oder Auto. Die Toskana lässt sich von diesem Dörfchen aus gut erkunden. Die Landstraße gegenüber stört nicht wirklich. Eine Betreuung durch den Vermieter gab es abgesehen von der Schlüsselübergabe nicht. Da hätte ich mir vielleicht noch manchen Tipp erhofft; aber es mangelte an größeren Sprachkenntnissen - auf beiden Seiten. So waren wir auf das Auto und den Reiseführer angewiesen. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil sehr empfehlen.
