Sleeps 8, air-conditioned, close to theme parks, cot & high chair provided

The villa has its own private, mesh screened pool which enjoys a high level of privacy due to the 6' fence which surrounds the back garden. There is also a lanai (covered area) providing both shade and shelter and full set of patio furniture. Guests are also free to use the gas barbecue provided. The villa is comfortably furnished with ample seating, cable TVs and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer complete with ice-maker, full sized cooker, microwave, coffee maker and a dishwasher. It is well stocked with plenty of glassware, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

The ground floor master bedroom (king) has an en-suite bathroom with full size marble oval bath, walk-in shower, double vanity, and separate toilet facilities.

Located upstairs are the second (double) and third (twin) bedrooms and main bathroom. The gallery upstairs has a pull-out double sofa bed. From this room, there is a good vantage point to see the Disney fireworks in the evening.

The Palms Villa is situated within a quiet, residential area, only 15 minutes drive to all the Disney theme parks. Seaworld and Universal Studios are approximately 30 mins drive away. Orlando International Airport is approx. 30 mins by car. Great beaches on both the east (Cocoa Beach) and west coasts (Clearwater) are approximately 1 hour drive along the I4. Why not take a boat tour from Clearwater to see the dolphins or experience Nascar racing at Daytona? There are also many terrific golf courses nearby for budding golfers. Only minutes away from Highway 192, there's always something to do, mini golf, shopping , and great restaurants.

Just to say that we all had a fabulous time staying in your villa, we really didn't want to come home!! It was lovely and spacious and just as the photos show.
Whilst we were there we decided last minute on a trip to Kennedy Space Center. So from the comfort of the pool/house we phoned Orlandosavers.com on the Saturday afternoon, using the details on the fridge magnet,and Terri delivered the tickets direct to our door at 8am the next morning ..... talk about 'hassle-free', you couldn't ask for better service!!!
It was such a pleasure to use the washing machine and dryer etc... we even came home with lovely clean clothes!!.

Great stay at The Palms Villa

We are back from the one of the best vacations we have ever had, and would like to thank you very much for letting us stay at your wonderful villa. The pool was a big hit and we were glad we got it heated. We swam everyday and most evenings, very nice. The area is nice and quite and the villa is very well looked after. The internet and phone was also very nice to have included.

We really enjoyed staying at the villa and would definitely recommend your place. It was a very good way to do Orlando, Kennedy Space Centre, the parks, and then relax at the pool. The Play station was also a nice surprise for our boys.

Our 1st American Holiday

The house really had the wow factor!!. The rooms were large and spotless,especially the master bedroom. The house was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need, even a Christmas Tree and lights. Virginia who was our contact was extremely helpful and took care of any hiccup, professionally and promptly. We were sorry we had to leave, but would definitely recommend the house to all my friends and family. Looking forward to visiting again.

We found the villa to be absolutely fab, you could not have asked for more. From the location, the totally huge master bedroom and en-suite all the way through to the pool and gas bbq. everything you could possibly need and more. Would not hesitate to rent again and have already recommended to friends and family. Also found the management team very helpful when we needed their assistance in a very small minor matter.

A wonderful home from home experience!

We have stayed at the Palms villa several times now,and it is always a great place to stay, it doesn't feel like a rental property, it has lovely touches like a a selection of books and DVDs to make you feel at home. One of the best experiences is waking up in the master suite and seeing the sun rising over the pool outside the patio doors- bliss! Sheryl and Al are always concerned that you are happy with their home, it is always clean and cared for. You can even glimpse the fireworks at disney from the upstairs gallery! the 192 has too many restaurants to name, but favourites include red Lobster & Appleby's. A trip to celebration makes an ideal break from the theme parks!
I would always recommend the villa to our freinds, and can't wait to return again!
