A water front, luxury home we hope to come back again and again

This home, right on Avila beach, is so exquisitely finished. You'll want to take pictures of the finishes for your "idea book" for home decorating. The layout was perfect for our family. Being steps to the beach was amazingly great! And, with the complete ocean view and roof deck, if you didn't feel like going to the beach and being sandy, you were still at the beach and listening to the ocean. The parking downstairs is such a plus for bringing in luggage, groceries, etc. I really can't say enough about the finishes of this house, it doesn't feel like a rental, it feels like luxury equal to a four seasons or ritz carlton hotel.
We're pretty local to the area, and used this as a getaway from everyday hassles and projects at home and to spend quality time together to start our family's summer. But, in terms of the location, there is not only the beach for family fun, but also a nice play structure/park just down the sidewalk. It is a super short walk to this park. Also, there is a nice running and biking trail that was wide enough to accomodate our double baby jogger. It is separated from the road and car traffic, which was a huge plus.
