About Tim Zasadny
We are a family of six, my wife and four daughters. We enjoy travel very much and appreciate staying in a place that has the feel of a home not a hotel. When we do travel we try to make our home available on VRBO.
Tim Zasadny purchased this house in 2012
Why Tim Zasadny chose Cougar Bay
We love the location and this is where we want to live. Everything is within a few minutes walk; the city park with a fort playground, the beach, downtown, the bike trail and North Idaho College.
This is our home and we have chosen to make it available while we travel (mostly summers).
What makes this house unique
It is the perfect combination of resort living and being in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Our family loves the fact that we can walk downtown on a whim, hop on the bike trail, or take a stroll on the beach to skip rocks, take photos or to simply enjoy the beauty of Coeur d'Alene lake. Tubbs Hill is our latest favorite for a photographic hiking excursion and it is only a 10 minute walk away! Java Coffee House on Sherman is a favorite; be sure to try their signature 'Bowl of Soul'. And 'The Italian Bakery' across from the library has amazing baked goods with the best almond croissants since northern Italy, the coffee is great too.
