Apartment, 1 Bedroom + Office, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-4)

Newly renovated apartment on a corner lot one block from the beach with amazing beach access. Only a 15 minute drive from beautiful historic downtown Charleston.

One large bedroom with one large bath. Open modern kitchen with new cabinets, granite countertops and new appliances. Kitchen flows into the living room. There is also a small bonus room for an additional sleeping area.

There is a laundry room complete with new stacked washer and dryer. Great Outdoor area complete with a concrete patio and lush landscaping.

Within walking distance to several restaurants, bars and fun cute shops. Just 6 blocks from the Folly Beach Fishing Pier. The new Folly Beach Dog Park 'Bark Park' is only a couple blocks from the apartment. There is also a nice people park and tennis courts close by.

We enjoyed our stay at Folly Beach while staying at your apartment rental, it was clean, comfortable and had many amenities. The all around decor was tasteful. We also enjoyed the proximity to the beach and town. Although the weather was windy and cold, we were able to dine outside in the front courtyard w/c was very charming. Thank you.

Great visit great location

I went to visit my sons who live on the island and could not get off work for Christmas. I had such a unexpected wonderful stay. The apt. was so clean and so much more than I expected. We were able to have a wonderful Chirstmas Eve together and the kitchen was fabuous to prepare a gourmet dinner in! It was so nice to be able to bring my dog and the outdoor shower was perfect to rinse him off in! I have stayed in many locations on Folly since my boys live there, but this was by far the best of the best! I hope to return again soon.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

thanksgiving in folly

My family - my wife, son 16, son 21 and nephew 30 came to Folly to spend Thanksgiving with my son (cofc student). Altogether there were 5 of us and the accomodations were comfortable. The kitchen is very well done, easy to work in with first rate appliances and everything one could need to cook a Thanksgiving dinner. The bedroom was very comfortable. The futon was also very comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom is spacious with a great shower. The yard was fenced so we could sit outside with our dog and not worry about her running to introduce herself to the neighbors. The beach was a short two block walk away. Town was about 7 blocks away and we walked to and from a couple of times. The beach in November is beautiful and we even got in a couple of swims.
The property was as advertised and very clean and well maintained. The property owners were very helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend this property to a friend.
The boys rented a surfboard from McKevlins and went surfing one day and had a great time We were able to have a couple of meals outside at Rita's in town which is one of my favorite beach bars. All told it was a very relaxing time in comfortable surroundings and we would not hesitate to rent again.

Perfect getaway

We rented this apt for a long weekend on the beach with the dog. We were very happy with the apartment, it is very well furnished and comfortable with a great yard and just across the street from beach access.The only downside (and it was really minimal, and not an issue for weekend travelers) was that on the Monday and Tuesday there was noisy construction work going on in the house.) We would definitely stay again though.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Our apologies for the noise. We do have landscaping services weekly and one of my employees was doing some clean up. We did not think it would be heard. Ryan and Jeanette.

Folly Beach for Two

I can't say enough great things about 620 East Ashley. The owners are wonderful to work with and thought of everything for this vacation rental. The landscaping and fenced in yard is so beautiful that people walking by thought I actually lived there because it didn't look like a rental. I would highly recommend this apartment especially if you are a pet owner. Belle and I will definitely be back to stay here again next year. It has our "paw" of approval!
