A breath taking property in a truly 5 star golf and spa resort. The villa is 5 bedrooms all fitted out to a exceptionally high standard with LCD TV,s and cable / DVD's in all bedrooms and living room (50' Plasma) There is both dressing room and en-suite to the master bedroom with 2 further family bathrooms on the 1st floor and two further 1/2 baths ground level. The rest of the property is to a similar high standard with separate dinning room, lounge and high end kitchen with marble tops and stainless appliances, the property has a very tropical feel with the decor. Reunion resort and spa is far above the norm for Florida and the Disney area a fully secure gated community, with facilities only reviled by the highest standard 5 star resorts such as four seasons. With 3 full 18 hole championship golf courses (used annually for LPGA Championship and home of Aniker Sorensen) The latest clay court tennis with club house and professionals on tap Full Spa,water park and more

Reunion resort and spa is a new community with an impressive list of on location activities. 3 full 18 hole championship golf courses. on site water park. Full fitness centre and spa. Tennis Club with latest clay court technology. Kids club. Horse riding (coming soon). Restaurants and bars. 24 hour gated community. Our home is located directly adjacent to the first tee of the Watson golf course which is used annually for PGA tour. The property is arranged with master suite including bedroom, en suite bathroom and walk-in-closet. there are a further 4 bedrooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms on the first floor. the upstairs bedrooms are arranged as 2 x twins and 2 x doubles. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs, DVDs, radio CD mp3 alarm clocks. All rooms are luxuriously decorated.

  • Rates vary from $230, $250 and $295 depending on time of year.
    Christmas, Easter and July/Aug rentals should be for a minimum of 7 nights
    13% Florid state and sales tax to be added to nightly / weekly rate and pool heat charge
    $125 cleaning fee for rentals under 7 nights
    $40 / night pool and spa heating charge (optional)
    Free guest membership to Reunion Resort for one family per stay. $50 for guest membership to Reunion Resort for each additional family in your party

    Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Please note that a security charge is required dependant on the number of people staying at the property this is not only to secure against damage but more importantly, Reunion Resort is a cashless society so we have to arrange on site membership cards for you to enjoy the facilities, these membership cards are then used by you to purchase anything you require on the resort and ultimately charged to my account so a fare and fully refundable if not used security deposit is agreed on a person by person basis dependant on your style of vacation and party size. If a refund is due we endeavour to get his back to you within 1 calender month, however if your purchases exceed you security deposit we would expect this to be paid within 7 days of notification.
