This luxurious, modern, minimal style split level villa is just a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach and a 5 minute drive to Ibiza's glorious west coast sunset beaches. But its large, fully terraced, completely private pool area, with bar and outdoor cinema option means most guests are quite happy to just take the few paces from their bedrooms to the pool. Should you wish to take a few more steps, a fantastic supermarket and quaint local restaurants are also within walking distance. There's Sky TV/Freeview, plasmas and an office/library area with wireless internet so any work and Facebook junkies can still get their fix, or simply browse the net for local info. As well as the 4 bedroom 4 bathroom main villa there's a self-contained studio for those who like a bit of independence from the crowd or to banish any heavy snorers to. A 5 minute walk from the nearest beach and a 5 minute drive to the popular south west coast sunset beaches of Cala Basa, Cala Comte and Cala Tarida. The airport, Ibiza Town and San Antonio are all approximately a 20 minute drive away. It is conveniently located for local shops, amenities and country restaurants (all a 5-10 minute walk) and whilst classified as being in an urban area (and as such, benefiting from a regular bus service into San Antonio) the totally detached villa is not overlooked by any other property and has sunset seaviews from the upper floors and faces out onto unspoiled countryside.

There is a huge central palm tree and carefully planted borders, including citrus trees. A former well is a feature (safely filled) and there is a huge traditional BBQ. Outdoor dining facilities. There are two large roof terraces with sea views and a car port for 2-3 cars, accessed by a remote control electronic gate The villa has 2 plasmas & Sky/Freeview package plus DVD players and a selection of the latest DVDs. There is wireless connection and a phone for incoming calls and an area designated as an office with glass desk and a white board, animal print modern chaise longe and a selection of books.
