This is an elegant and very well furnished flat lying on the Noble floor of an important building dated back to the beginning of 1900. It consists of an entrance hall, large and bright living room, separated and fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room opens onto a large terrace provided with table, chairs and sunloungers. There is also a barbecue. The main bedroom is a matrimonial one with en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath/tub. The apartment is provided with all the modern comforts you may need. There is also a very good Piano.

The Vittorio apartment is very well located in San Concordio a few steps from Lucca's Wall and historic centre. You can walk to the train station in a few minutes time as well as to the Supermarket, grocery stores, cafès and pastries. You can park the car just under the apartment without troubles. The area is very quiet.
