Villa Oyster Pearl on Dawn Beach

My family and I fully and totally enjoyed our stay in St. Martin at the Villa Oyster Pearl on Dawn Beach. The owner was very cooperative and honest in his representation of the property and returned e-mails and phone calls in a very timely manner to help us in our preperation for our stay; i. e. what to to pack what not to pack. After touring the island we realized we had picked the best part for our stay. The villa is VERY SPACIOUS and comfortable. We had 6 in our party and had plenty of privacy within the villa. The kitchen is very well equipped and the view made it a delightful place to prepare our meals. Alas we enjoyed it so much we didn't really do much eating out. The villa is very well eqipped with recreational gear for the beach; water toys and snokeling equipment; as well as books, dvds, cds and ipod docks, and cards and board games for family fun at the villa. The outdoor areas are to die for. The walk down to the beach can be a liitle challenging for the unfit but there are other options to reach the beach. The care taker was a delight and met us at the airport to guide us to our home away from home, and was a great resource as to point out good times as well as possiblle pitfalls on the island. He is also fleuent in several langueages making communication easy for guests from many parts of the world.Without hesitation I highly recommend this vacation rental to all.
