This beautiful modern villa offers superb accommodation and will allow you a peaceful relaxing holiday as it is situated in a quiet residential area of Pinomar,Javea yet it is only 2 km from the famous Arenal sandy beaches with all its amenities. The villa is located on a south facing sun drenched plot with a lovely sparkling 8x4 meter illuminated pool with roman end and built in steps for easy entry and exit. The outdoor covered naya is perfect for relaxing or enjoying that alfresco experience. The whole villa has been very tastefully furnished in Mexican pine style furniture with air conditioning fitted to the master suite and lounge/ dining room. All rooms are also fitted with ceiling fans. The comfortable and relaxing lounge has TV, DVD, CD, and ipod dock. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave , kettle and toaster. Inside the villa there is a monitored alarm system and personal safe to keep any valuables in.

The historic old fishing village of Javea is situated on the most easterly point of the Spanish coastline and has many local attractions. It was once voted by the World Health Authority as having an almost perfect climate with on average 320 days of sunshine. Benidorm is only about half an hours drive south and has the Terra Mitica and Natura theme parks.Also in Benidorm the Aqualandia water park is well worth a visit. Just 20 minutes drive inland is the wonderful Jalon valley with its bodegas and delightful restaurants. On a Saturday there is a rastro market held by the main town.There is a weekly market held every Thursday where you can buy fresh fruit and veg plus many local items. Javea has the beautiful Arenal sandy beach area with all its bars, restaurants, shops and night street market . The area is bussing all day and night during the summer months. There are numerous supermarkets throughout the town and these are open 7 days a week during the main summer season.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 25% deposit is required to reserve the villa. The balance is due eight weeks prior to the holiday start date when an additional 200 pound returnable damage waiver deposit is payable to cover any loss/breakage or wilful damage to the property or contents. NO charge is made for normal wear and tear. The 200 pound damage deposit will be returned within seven days after your holiday ends and the villa has been checked.
  • All rentals include all linen . We do not provide beach or pool towels in the price. Villas are cleaned to a very high standard before and after your holiday.
  • This villa is managed by JAVEA HOLIDAY RENTALS SPAIN who are based in Javea and are available at all times.

A baby's travel cot and highchair seat are available but must be reserved when booking the villa.

Notes: The whole villa is totally enclosed with fencing and wrought iron gates for your privacy and security, in addition the beautiful matured gardens offer extra privacy from anywhere around the villa. There is secure off road parking at the front of the villa. The large terrace area around the pool offers plenty of space for all the family to enjoy themselves with sun loungers , table and chairs for outside relaxing and eating. A barbeque is also provided for those special evenings when you decide to stay in at the villa and enjoy all those moments that make a holiday extra special. There is also an outdoor solar shower if you wish to use it when using the pool. This villa has it all, it offers all you need for a extremely pleasant and comfortable holiday with the advantage of a peaceful location yet very near all amenities.Smoking is not permitted inside the villa, so smoking outside please.
