Come relax and enjoy our vacation home in beautiful Granbury! The house sits 200 yards from the gated entrance of the property. Great kitchen, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Hardwood and travertine stone flooring. The screened-in poarch is wonderful for morning breakfast! Cook outdoors in the additional outdoor kitchen in the back while watching the game on the flatscreen TV. There's also a backyard firepit for cool nights and S'Mores roasting. The upstairs balcony has beautiful views - great for watching the sunrise! Or, sit on the 80-foot front poarch and enjoy the view of the on-site pond. There's also a BBQ Smoker that is capable of feeding 200 people onsite. If you'd like to enjoy the lake, you'll have access to the Bentwater Marina.

We fell in love with Granbury, then with this particular 5-acres in Bentwater when we first saw it over 13 years ago! Over the years, we would bring the family out and envision the house that could be built. When the time was finally right, we were blessed with a wonderful architect and a great builder - both friends of ours. It has truly been a wonderful experience.

What makes this estate unique

The challenge in staying here is finding the time to take advantage of all of the enjoyable spaces, whether it be the front poarch or balcony, the screened in dining area or the back yard bar, the private swing outside the master bedroom or the one out front -- and on and on! There's a different beautiful view on each side of the house!

Great Girls Weekend.

I stayed at this house for a weekened with 8 girls. The house is very nice, and is fully stocked. The owners were very easy to contact for any questions.

We went to the Revolver Brewery, which was alot of fun (just go early, so they don't short you on how many beers they serve you.). I would definitely recommend this to a friend!!

This is a wonderful home that was perfect for a "girl's getaway"! Everything was beautiful and easy to use. The owner was helpful and friendly. He provided everything we needed to enjoy the home and I certainly look forward to returning again.

Beautiful home w/great floor plan! Every need for our 5 day visit had been anticipated and provided Forbes. We had a medical emergency our last day and Cary graciously accommodated our request for an extension of our stay. He even followed up with a personal call 2 days later to express his continued concern for our family member. mCan't speak highly enough of this lovely house AND the owner/host!

Birthday Celebration

Six friends spent the weekend at this lovely home for a girls getaway. The house was everything and more than we expected for our stay. We were close to shopping and restaurants and had a wonderful time at the house. The weather was perfect for October and we enjoyed the large front porch while sitting in rocking chairs and talking for hours. We were disapointed that the entire amount of the deposit was not refunded. We did not receive an explaination and my attemps to reach the owner by email were never answered.

We did attempt to reply to your questions via email; I will resend the information you have requested about the partial damage deposit refund. Please be assured that we make every effort to minimize the amount deducted in order to make repairs, when repairs are necessary.

This house was amazing! The location was wonderful and our group enjoyed every bit of our stay! The owner has thought of EVERYTHING! They were wonderful and very accomodating. We would definitely come again. We had a blast sitting on the back patio, we enjoyed the grill, and even took advantage of the"ping-pong" table!!! A couple of us also ventured out and ate at Grumps, best burger around!! Thank you!!!
