San Sebastian holiday apartment

Situated right in the very centre of San Sebastian, just two blocks from the famous beach of La Concha and minutes from all the attractions of the city like the old part, the shopping area, etc. Within walking distance to supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, restaurants...

Free internet access and free local and national phone calls.

Minimum stay: 3 nights. Capacity: up to 8 people.

The apartment has:

- First bedroom: with a double bed and a spacious fitted wardrobe.

- Second bedroom: with a double bed.

- Third bedroom: with two double beds.

- Two full bathrooms.

- Living room – dining room: spacious room with direct access to the terrace and a sofa that becomes a double bed.

- Private terrace: 10 square metre terrace from which you can see the beach.

- Kitchen: modern and fully equipped.

The apartment comes with a garage with space for two cars at an extra fee per night (please see rates below),

The place to go in San Sebastian

This was our second time in San Sebastian and the first time with Emyrent. I must say I could not have chosen better. First of all, the owner was great recommending us restaurants and pintxos bars. Then the apartment was amazing, with a terrace from where you can actually see the bay and only a few minutes walking to the old part (no car needed!!!!!). It was beautifully decorated and was cozy and clean. The last night we did the "pintxos" tour with Emy the owner and a colleague of hers and had the time of our lives...what a great evening!!
If you want to have a real "Basque" experience, I recommend that you do it, it is just superb. This was my second time in San Sebastian but not the last for sure.

I don't usually post reviews but I'm making an exception because Emy's apartments are fantastic. And her team is very helpful and personable. They really take pride in what they do, and work hard to make sure you have the best visit to San Sebastian. Btw, location of the apartments are amazing, around the corner from La Concha beach where we would spend most of our time. Also very close to the Old Town. A special thanks to Sisi who took such good care of us. Can't wait to come back to my favorite part of Spain.

Our best holiday ever

We had been invited to San Sebastian's annual Tamborrada festival, and what an amazing spectacle it is! However, this lovely apartment was the cherry on top! Beautifully renovated, centrally located, a stone's throw from one of the best beaches in Spain, and (commercial) garage parking around the corner - what more could you want? The owner is extremely well connected locally and provides plentiful information for visitors. On rainy days one can just relax inside the apartment and even order takeaways from the menus supplied ... sheer luxury. We'll definitely be back next year.

Holdiay Bliss!!!

What a wonderful place! San Sebastian is glorious and this is a fantastic little hidden gem. The apartment was fantastic as 8 of us stayed there! Everything is so close and within a short walking distance. The beach is just 2 min away (you can see it from the balcony) and the Old Town and port is a lazy 10 min stroll. Not to mention the wonderful food!

As for the apartment, we could not have been more impressed! Clean, spacious and modern, 2 bathrooms, brilliant for girls! Part of me doesn't want to reveal this secret location as I want to keep if to myself, but that would be incredibly selfish! Fantastic for small groups. Also the hospitality of the owner who shared her some tips and suggestions for our visit went above and beyond to ensure our trip was one we will never forget. Thankyou Emy, these memories will be with us forever! 5 stars *****
